My Experiments with Meditation

We are all going through tremendous mental stress. However the stress is not from the external circumstances but more from how we react “internally”. This is where meditation comes to the rescue. Through regular practice, it helps in filtering the thoughts that come to your mind and start the process of “stress”, and secondly it helps in controlling the emotional chemicals that gets produced from the “thought” of stress.

It has helped me greatly, and I wanted to share my experiences and experiments with others too. Read it to change your outlook, your life, your relationships.
