In the Supple Enrapturing Embrace

Of Your Softest Word

My Heart fills with Turbulent Passion

And Unbridled Yearning

That chaffs and dashes

Against the Calm Calamity of Femininity

Within the deepest parts of me,

Whispering of Unhurried Love and

The Poised Repose of Tranquility;

Rousing this storm of Rapacious Desire

In the Quietest Sound

Of Your Softest Word!

This Sensation

This Sensation

Beguiling as the Moon to the Distracted Sea

Sweet as honey to the bee

Rushing as a River in Brash Harmony;

This Sensation

Pulls my Heart and Sighs,

Gathers my senses; then lets them Fly;

This Sensation

Caresses and Teases,

Yet Invariably Delights and Pleases!

Oh This Sensation

As Dulcet as Wine,

Each and Every Single time

This Sensation

Entices, so Freely;

Then Whispers and Smiles

Ardently,

This Sensation

Breathes Sweet and Slow

As the Cascade’s

Sensational

Ebb and Flow.

They say when life hands you lemons what you should do is make lemonade, but I am not quite sure what to do when life hands you walking pneumonia?   ….

Stay in Bed, I shouldn’t wonder. Oh yes, and drink plenty of liquids.

So, although this absence is unscheduled,

And while such Silence may inadvertently Please,

I shall be Missing for a few more days

while I moan and whine, cough, hack, and wheeze ….
