Tough as they might have been, my cats have never been big fans of snow. None of them. Outdoors and on the prowl all spring, summer and autumn, but walking in the white stuff? Nope. Not on a leash, not on their own. The year these photos were taken the snow came very early, and they were glad to be indoor cats.

Norwegian cats don't automatically like snow. I haven't had one that did. No matter how much they have been outside in the summer they have never been outdoor cats in the winter, insisting on being inside full time as soon as the snow started falling.
