Soundtrack: A Friend in the Dark
When writing A Friend in the Dark with Gregory Ashe, we literally hopped onto the same Google Doc for a few hours at a time, as consistently as possible, and completely wove our storytelling together. So the opening paragraph of a chapter might be his writing, then there's a sentence from me, a sentence from him, a paragraph from me, so on and so forth.
