#MistletoeMonday - Winter Warmers
We’ve had our first snow already and all this week the temperatures are dipping below the freezing mark! Sounds like a perfect time for a frigid blast from the past this #MistletoeMonday. WINTER WARMERS – a seasonal anthology Mulled wine. Butterscotch kisses. Hideous sweaters. Candy at the beach, or a trip to a sex shop in Amsterdam. And the man of your dreams, wrapped around you… Winter

How Blindness Cured My Perfectionism
It snowed here this morning. Can you believe it? Those white flakes, while pretty, not only brought home how close the end of this year is, but also reminded me of how many projects I still want to get done before 2019 – and all the holiday stuff still to come. Urgh. Wish me luck? When I consider all my tasks still unfinished, I realize I’m really not cured of my perfectionism. Maybe we’d

Website Work Ahead!
While not the major revamp I've been contemplating, I'm celebrating my upcoming December release with some long neglected website love. I'm starting with the basics: finally figuring out how to do a WordPress Parent/Child Theme, which as many of you know, will kill all my curret website customization. Ugh. But, it's long past time. So, sorry for the inconvenience, but things are going get

Under Construction?
That is how my website looks, doesn’t it? I’m sorry for the mess. I’ve been committing one of the cardinal author sins, focusing on new work and letting my online image slip. Boy, has it slipped!! Changes abound across the web, and it appears my image hosting site has decided it’s in its best interest to start charging for their service. I understand and appreciate their decision, but the

Well, here's another fine kettle of fish
Sigh* That's about all I can say. For Goodness Sake People! It's 2017!! How? How can there still be entire countries and groups of people who refuse to accept that love, in all it's wonderful configurations is okay?
I'm late to the posting re: the latest batch of changes to LJ. The server locations, the changes in the terms of service, and all the crappy reminders that there are still entire countries and groups of people who refuse to move past people's personal lives and deal with larger issues.
So, I'm not sure what I'm going to do with this site. I love LJ. The wonderful people I've met here have kept me hanging on long past time to move on. But I can't say I feel comfortable supporting, or giving the impression of supporting ideologies I don't agree with.
I've been online so rarely I can't even tell you I'm going to be posting here, or on my blogspot site, or even on my website. Twitter still remains the best place to whap me upside the head and say hello while I keeping plugging away at accessibility and figuring out how to successfully transition from visual editing to auditory.
