Writers, We Be a Fickle Bunch
We writers are a fickle bunch. It doesn't matter if it's text books, porn, sci-fi, literary classics... doesn't matter. Writers, in general, tend to be... dramatic. And a bit over the top. Cheri on Top is now Live on Amazon!
Yes, the third (and last) of the Cheri books, Cheri on Top, is now live on Amazon! It was a hard write, and I made myself finish it. Not that I minded Cheri's mindset, granted, but the whole surroundings wasn't... interesting enough for me. It was just too... normal. I Think I've Got a Fan
So yesterday, when I was going through my rankings obsessively (because honestly, should I be working at work? Pfft. I should be writing... which I did a little. Amazon Changes the Rules Again
So, if you're a part of a writing community which publishes on KDP, I'm sure you already know about the big controversy. If not, let me sum up real quick. Amazon has changed how Kindle Unlimited (hereafter KU) pays authors for their work. Instead of waiting for a borrower to read 10% of their book and then getting a set amount (which does change from month to month), Amazon will now pay authors a price per page. FREE BOOKS ARE BEST BOOKS!
Just like Troll goods are best goods. Free promotions... they are very useful tools to help generate interest and sales. For a great example: me. Heh. Cheri Red is now Live!
Yes, the second book in what's going to be the Backstage Uncensored trilogy is now live on Amazon: Cheri Red! The first one didn't get as much attention as I'd like, so going with that, I'm betting that after three, I'm done... hence, probably a trilogy. That's OK. It'll free me up to write more of what I like and not more "traditional" erotica... which is what this is. I like the weirder stuff. ;) I just can't leave a book hanging though, so I'll write three, bundle them, and call them...

Too Long! Too Hard!
Anyone ever have those problems? Heh.
A quick update... or maybe not so quick since it's a blog post... got a new 9-5 job... which is actually a 10 PM to 8 AM job, so ten hour shifts, although I'll have three days off a week to do nothing in. Well, maybe not nothing... but writing! In theory! The new job is harder than my old, so I'll be hard pressed to write there, and I think my production will slow down in general. I have to just pull it together and write, and I know I can do it!

OH, my god! How did I not get this posted? Rock Hardin: Agent of A.S.S. Operation: Thrustmaster is live on Amazon! This novella turned out to be over 27K in length, and is a throwback to the James Bond movies and books. It was cheesy fun to write, with a lot of sexy scenes, so check it out!
