Love Your Inner Slob
Perfectionism is not a virtue. It is a neurosis. It is an obsessive need to be perfect and to do everything perfectly even if such rectitude is not required. Perfectionists do not look for perfection – they look for the imperfection.
And they will always find it – both in themselves and everything they do. They can never be satisfied.
Perfectionism is an expression of the underlying belief that “no matter how hard I try, it is never enough.” It comes from having parents who were themselves perfectionists.
They set the bar high, and if it was reached, they would immediately raise the bar. Whatever was presented, it was never enough. “You can always do better.” This led to an even more damaging belief: “I will never be enough.”
I have no evidence for this, but I have yet to meet someone with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) who is not afflicted with the disease of perfectionism.
Doesn’t it make sense that if you live your life out of the belief that no matter how hard you try it will never be enough, that one day your body will say, “Why bother? I might as well shut down, withdraw my energy and give up?”
The underlying driving force behind perfectionism is a strong and ever-present need for the approval they never got from their over-demanding perfectionistic parents.
However, the problem is that no one else will do. No matter how many people give them approval in later life, it is the love and approval from their parents that they consistently crave and can never get. It’s a deep wound and a deficit of love they can’t seem to make up.
So what to do about it?
Well, the first thing to do is love and accept yourself for being a perfectionist. It is important not to begin from a place of having done it wrong. You haven’t. It’s just that now it’s time to do life a bit differently so you can enjoy it more. You can do this by using the 13-Steps to Radical Self-Forgiveness.
The second thing to do is forgive your parents for giving you the neurosis in the first place. They didn’t mean to wound you, and they no doubt didn’t realize that by being so demanding of ever-increasing high standards they were in fact withholding love from you and damaging you.
Nevertheless, the fact is they did, and subconsciously you are full of rage about it. So that needs to be expressed and released from your body using all five stages of the Radical Forgiveness process. You also have to give up your addictive need for your parent’s approval and get that out of your body.
You can do all of this best at a Miracles Workshop, or by using the online 21-Day Program for Forgiving Your Parents.
The third thing to do, after having done the above release work, is begin to change your habits. Like any addiction, your perfectionism is hard to break even after you have taken away the underlying cause of it. It’s an old habit that you need to try to break.
Fortunately, you have inside you an Inner Slob. Someone who would really like to be untidy, sloppy, relaxed and slothful when there is no real need to be otherwise. So make an effort to love your Inner Slob. Make friends with it and let it come out from time to time.
You may have to coax him or her out because it seems so foreign to you. You will need to practice being a slob from a time, just to feel what it is like to be other than perfect. Here’s what I have suggested in the chapter dealing with perfectionism in my latest book, 25 Practical Uses for Radical Forgiveness.
Finally, you have to practice being a non-perfectionist. As I pointed out earlier, perfectionism is almost incurable, but you can get to the point where you are not obsessive about it. You can perhaps actually find satisfaction in being more relaxed and less self-critical about what you do and how you feel about yourself.
I recommend putting aside some hours or even a day a week where you intentionally allow yourself to be a lot less than perfect. Not quite a slob, but going in that direction. For example, try not washing the dishes right away. If you never leave the house without make-up, go out without it. Don’t check your e-mails for half a day at least. Switch off your cell phone. Don’t return texts or phone calls. Don’t make the bed. But do it all consciously and with full awareness of how it feels. It will create anxiety at first, but push through it.
Something else you might try is to get some paints like the ones kids use at school and do some paintings freestyle. Try finger painting even. If you have kids, do it with them. Refuse to be limited by having to stay within lines or do things ‘properly.’ Be sure to put your paintings up where you can see them and leave them there for all to see for at least two days. They do not need to look good, pretty or like any work of art at all. Just free expression.
Have fun with it, and for goodness sake don’t try to do it right? OK?
Blessings,
Colin

Radical Manifestation: Your Weight Loss Secret Weapon
Radical Manifestation: Your Weight Loss Secret Weapon
As I noted last week, when I ask “What do you want to manifest?” the first answer is usually “More money!” The second answer I hear is “Weight loss.”
People often don’t realize that manifestation is not about creating money; it’s about creating the life you want. This act of creation can take many forms, and the Universe is very creative and obliging in helping us.
Just as I outlined with manifesting money last week, you have to shift your thinking around weight loss in order to make it happen.
Body Hatred
As we know, the paradigm shift of Radical Forgiveness is that we have chosen our path of separation in order to truly experience Oneness. But our experience of separation is painful, and our body is the vehicle our soul inhabits during this time. Is it any wonder we are not only obsessed with our bodies, but hate them for the same reason?
Having taken on a body as a symbol of separation, it follows that the body must also symbolize the intense pain that inevitably accompanies the sense of separation. Don’t you think part of us might remember what it is like to be just spirit and wish we were no longer encumbered with a body?
The body issue over which we constantly obsess is the issue of weight. It serves as one of our most convenient targets for self-hatred, and continues to enable an extremely profitable weight loss market. We “buy in” to the notion of an ideal body, the criteria for which virtually no one can hope to meet, and our body hatred is further cemented.
Weight As Protection
Weight is not only a convenient expression of our self-hatred; many people carry a lot of excess weight because of their history of sexual abuse, in childhood or as an adult. The fear of sexual abuse or assault can also cause people to gain weight.
The weight forms a protective shield, and food becomes a pain-numbing comforter, as addictive as drugs or alcohol, and more difficult because we can’t just give it up, we have to change how we use it. We can all live without any drugs or alcohol, but we can’t live without food, setting up a constant struggle.
But the protective weight shield and the use of food as a painkiller doesn’t work, it only serves to make you unhappy and unhealthy.
Radical Forgiveness First: The Paradigm Shift
Radical Forgiveness will allow you to shift your consciousness away from victim to whole and complete spiritual being. No matter how traumatic your experience, you can give up the victim story and make a powerful paradigm shift that will allow you to release the weight, easily and naturally.
In other words, when you heal the wound, the need for the weight as protection or as a confirmation of your self-hatred drops away… and the pounds drop away as well.
Radical Forgiveness + Radical Manifestation
This is a powerful duo! Once you’ve made the Radical Forgiveness paradigm shift and heal, you can use the Radical Manifestation tools to create the body you want. How cool is that!
Let’s take another look at the sub-title of my book, Radical Manifestation, which is The Fine Art of Creating the Life You Want:
What does that mean to you?
What kind of life do you want to create?
If you had the means to create what you want, what do you actually want?
To really make Radical Manifestation work, it is necessary to make a shift in our perception about reality. Things we are programmed to believe need to be questioned and revised to free us from the pain of the past and bring us into the joy of today.
On June 26th at 4:00 pm Eastern , I’ll show you exactly how to use
the Radical Manifestation Worksheet
to get the best results. It’s free, so don’t miss it!

Radical Manifestation: Shifting the Paradigm
Radical Manifestation: Shifting the Paradigm
The sub-title of my book, Radical Manifestation, is “The Fine Art of Creating the Life You Want.” If you had the means to manifest what you want, what would you create? When I ask people this, their first response is, “More money.” And why not? Money makes the world go round.
Money Programming
Because of our programming, most of us are conditioned to accept up to a certain amount of it in our lives, and thereafter we repel it. Consequently, our ‘set-point’ limits our money flow and ensures it stays pretty constant all our lives.
These beliefs about money get in the way of manifesting the amount you want. To counteract this problem, we suggest you use a Money Consciousness Worksheet along with the Radical Manifestation worksheet.
To learn more about to how to use Radical Manifestation and the Law of Attraction to manifest what you want, don’t miss the webinar at 4:00 PM Eastern time on Thursday, June 26th.

Everyone Hates Money
We all have a love/hate relationship with money. Those that don’t have much hate it because it eludes them, while those who do have it hoard it and have a constant fear of losing it.
We attach a great deal of meaning to money that it simply doesn’t have. We measure ourselves by how much or how little we have. We measure the worth of others by the same yardstick, and we make judgments about them… and ourselves… based on what we do with our money. It is a great source of worry and stress.
Manifesting Money
To really make Radical Manifestation work, it is necessary to make a shift in our perception about reality. Things we are programmed to believe need to be questioned and revised. Yes, you want more money… but it’s not really about the money, it’s about what you can DO with the money.
There are a million things that make life worth living that don’t require money. And there are many ways things can come to you, so why put your focus on manifesting money? Just ask for what you want and let the Universe take care of it. Use a Radical Manifestation Worksheet to ask for what you want and leave it to the Universe to work out how to provide it. The Universe is very creative!
Doing it this way will bypass all that your mind would ordinarily throw up at you relating to money. Like, ‘I don’t deserve it;’ ‘money is bad;’ ‘ I shouldn’t ask for money’ and more of that kind of rubbish.
In the upcoming webinar on June 26th,
I will show you exactly how to use
the Radical Manifestation Worksheet
to get the best results. Don’t miss it.
How Much Money Will You Attract?
Contrary to how we have been taught, there is NO shortage of money. There is more than enough to go around. Like any form of energy, it will flow towards those who attract it and away from those who repel it. Haven’t you noticed that some people are magnets for money while others are always struggling to have more than a meager amount in their lives?
Using Radical Manifestation and Money Consciousness worksheets, you can slowly move your ‘income set-point’ progressively higher to allow more and more money to flow towards you. Our X4 Radical Money Program can speed up this process, with the aim to quadruple your income over two years (hence the title, X4).
But make sure you use the money for its intended purpose and for no other. This is very important! If you don’t stick to this rule, the whole thing is liable to fall apart. Expect a miracle and you won’t be disappointed!
Blessings,
Colin

Preventing Cancer with Radical Forgiveness
Preventing Cancer with Radical Forgiveness
For the last few weeks, I’ve been writing about keeping your energy clear and your vibration high. The other benefit to this is that you may well prevent cancer from forming.
It’s not that unforgiveness causes cancer… it’s that the suppression of anger, resentment, and grief disrupts the normal operation of our bodies.
Stanford University researchers found that women who repressed their emotions were more likely to show disruptions in the normal balance of the stress hormone cortisol.
The Journal of Psychosomatic Research reported that extreme suppression of anger was the most commonly identified characteristic of 160 breast cancer patients.
A University of Colorado study found that people who repressed their emotions after a traumatic event had lower immune systems than those who shared their feelings.
These disruptions lead to weakened immune system responses, and it’s this weakened immune system that opens the door to diseases such as cancer.
I’m certainly not denying that you may get cancer regardless of your emotional well-being. The genetic link to cancer has been well proven, and some people without the gene who are healthy emotionally may have some other immune system breakdown that allows cancer to grow. But one of the well-documented links does appear to be between repressing your feelings and cancer.
To assess your own risk of getting cancer, people who stoically deny their feelings conform to what has come to be known as the “Type C” personality. This is virtually the same as “the cancer personality,” described by researcher and scientist O. Carl Simonton as someone who:
Represses their emotions
Maintains a facade of pleasantness
Never expresses anger
Strives excessively to please authority figures
Self-sacrificing and non-assertive
Focuses attention on others and away from themselves
Co-dependent
Is this you? If so, many researchers believe you are more vulnerable to cancer than people who are more assertive and take better care of themselves, physically and emotionally. You can read more about this in Application #4 of my book 25 Uses for Radical Forgiveness.
The prevention? Using Radical Forgiveness techniques to feel your feelings, reframe your victim story, and let go of the past. By clearing your energy you’ll raise your vibration to a much higher level, allowing healing energy to flow all through your body. Your immune system will thank you.
Blessings,
Colin

Heal from the Inside Out
Heal from the Inside Out
Last week, I explored the idea that optimum health means free-flowing life-force energy. Anything causing a restriction in that flow is likely to create some kind of disease in the body. We looked at how negative thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs drag down your spirit and your energy. That’s why I called it junk.
Our victim stories are no less junky, and just as toxic. They live in our bodies at the cellular level and make us sick.
Just as we would uninstall a corrupt computer program from our computer and install a new version, we need to uninstall our old junky victim story and install a new story that carries a much higher vibration. The Radical Forgiveness technology is the way to do it.
But we are more than just one body. The Tipping Method tools associated with Radical Forgiveness facilitate that change not just in the physical body, but in all five bodies — the physical, etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.
The physical body is the densest and vibrates at frequency which enables us to see, touch, smell, hear and taste it. The others each vibrate one octave higher than the next and for most people, they remain invisible to our senses.
The etheric body is our energetic blueprint, it’s the template for our physical body. This energetic blueprint holds the memory of who you are, the shape of your nose, your strengths, your weaknesses, and so forth. It is directly related to the functioning of the physical body.
In one year, most of our physical body completely renews itself. When we say “I’m not the same person I was last year,” it’s literally true! This renewal is affected by the other three bodies – emotional, mental, and spiritual. When we carry toxicity in them, it filters into the etheric, energetic blueprint, and eventually manifests in the physical body itself.
The etheric body is not out to harm us, it is simply doing what it meant to do, replicate. It will replicate whatever you offer it, so if toxicity is what you’ve got, then the etheric body will create more of it until it is cleared.
The etheric body contains the seven chakras. These are ‘wheels of energy’ that connect the etheric body to certain glands and organs within the physical body. They are like transformers, taking in the energy and life force coming to us from the universe and making that energy available for use within the physical body. However, they also can carry the toxic energy associated with our old victim stories.
Note: You may have uninstalled the victim story but the energy pattern might still be left in one or more of your chakras. This can be checked a number of ways but the most common method is with a pendulum. If you are having symptoms of some kind in the area of the body connected to a particular chakra, you might want to refer to Application #3 in my book, 25 Practical Uses for Radical Forgiveness. It includes instructions on how to find out whose energy you have still stuck in one or more chakras, and who you have to forgive in order to scrub that chakra clean. This is done by using a combination of Radical Forgiveness and energy work.
The first three chakras, the root, sacral, and solar plexus, are firmly rooted in the World of Humanity, and they vibrate at lower frequencies. The energy they carry is tribal in nature. All things related to family, and the need to conform to group norms at the expense of individuality. It’s all about loyalty.
The throat, the third eye, and the crown chakras, are more aligned with the energies of the World of Spirit and our connection with our true selves.
The middle chakra, the fourth, is the heart chakra. It is the link between the World of Humanity and the World of Spirit. It connects our humanity to Divine Truth.
When any of our chakras are out of balance (and this happens whenever we are emotionally upset or traumatized), they can reverse rotation, become very erratic, and in some cases close down completely.
Anger and resentment will tend to close the heart and throat chakras; guilt and lack of trust weaken the sacral chakra; and so forth. The effects will be felt as lethargy, a general malaise, low sex drive, inability to speak our truth… and often as symptoms for which no medical cause can be found.
It really is best to scrub out your chakras with a trained practitioner, as the guidance will help you pinpoint where your chakras are blocked, and you will heal more quickly.
To find a Chakra Clearing Practitioner, head to the Radical Forgiveness website, and look under Training → Find a Coach → Energy – Body & Chakra Energy Clearing Practitioners, or just click this link to be directed there now.
However, if you wish to do it for yourself, or to keep them clear after having worked with a practitioner, I would strongly recommend the use of the Radical Forgiveness Chakra Meditation and Etheric Cleansing CD, available from our E-Store. This is an excellent tool to first clean out your chakras and thereafter keep them balanced. And, until June 1st at 5:30 am EST you can get the MP3 download of it immediately upon ordering while you are waiting for your CD to arrive. You can click here to order it now.
Scrubbing your chakras is good for your soul.

Wheat, Sugar and Other Addictions
Wheat, Sugar and Other Addictions
Detox diets are cool right now. Gluten free, dairy free and sugar free is where it’s at, even if only exercised at a token level. Those who are serious about it say they feel better for cutting out these toxins. Maybe so.
But what about the emotional and spiritual junk you take in on a daily basis? Anger, resentment, bitterness, guilt, shame, judgments and anything else that feeds your addiction to being a victim? What does that do to your soul, do you think?
My view is that stuff like that is infinitely more toxic to you than, say, a daily intake of two pounds of sugar, or a loaf of French bread washed down with a latte any time you feel like it.
Add in a ton of beliefs like, “Life sucks for me.” “I’m not enough!” “I have to be perfect to be loved,” “Gay people are an abomination,” etc., and you have the makings of a cocktail that can kill you. Guns are much safer.
No, life doesn’t suck! You suck the energy right out of life when you play the victim card in this way. Your vibratory rate tanks and you end up feeling utterly depressed.
Why do you think that, in the UK, one in four people have been prescribed anti-depressants at some time in their lives, while the use of anti-depressants in America has skyrocketed by 400% in just two decades?
I believe it is because we are fed a diet of vitamin fortified, Fox News enriched, victim consciousness by the moronic ‘talking heads’ in the media, the government and society in general. It’s the most insidious of all our addictions and the substance of choice is fear. We can’t get enough of it.
Health used to be defined as the absence of disease. Now we are beginning to see it in terms of how freely our life-force energy flows through our body and the level at which we vibrate energetically.
Yes, sugar depresses your life force and clogs your filters and you are best off without it. But a regular diet of fear and victim consciousness will eventually have you needing to call out the Roto-Rooter guy to unblock your whole system.
In my work with cancer patients back in the 90s, I saw the effect of this kind of toxicity; repressed anger, rage, guilt, grief, you name it. Buried deep in the cesspit of the unconscious mind. But neither forgotten nor inactive. Eventually it comes out as disease.
Western medicine has been slow to accept the idea that mental and emotional factors play a part in disease.
However, even though they concede that stress kills, they seldom proscribe forgiveness as the best and most efficient way to reduce stress and cure depression, not to mention getting rid of a whole bunch of physical symptoms and diseases such as cancer and heart disease.
OK, so if you find that cutting out wheat, dairy and sugar helps you feel better, then all well and good. But don’t imagine you are fine and dandy if that’s all you have done.
Pay attention to the emotional and spiritual toxins you have stored in your body from way back when, and use the tools of Radical Forgiveness to deal with them. Heal all those childhood wounds. Forgive your parents, your siblings, your partners and all others who hurt you.
Once you have cleared out all that junk, make a determination to stay on the best and only diet there is: LOVE.

How Michelle Knight forgave Ariel Castro
How Michelle Knight Forgave Ariel Castro
Michelle Knight – “It’s the Way of Life”
When some crazy guy wounded Pope Jean-Paul by taking a pot-shot at him, the Pope forgave him. Everyone thought it was wonderful.
“How could he do it?” people asked. “Well, he’s the Pope,” most people replied. “You’d expect him to, I guess.”
This was hailed as an example of the kind of forgiveness and humility to which we should all aspire.
But it pales into insignificance against the example of forgiveness provided by Michelle Knight, one of the girls kidnapped, locked up, raped and abused for 10+ years by Ariel Castro.
Only one year ago, she and the other two girls were freed. Michelle was interviewed this week on NBC’s Dateline and shook the heck out of the host by saying she had already forgiven Castro.
Jaws must have dropped in every living room in the country when she said that. Dateline is not renowned for doing stories about forgiveness, so it must have been a surprise.
This was no grand gesture by Michelle. She meant it. For her it was simple. “If I did something wrong myself, I would want someone to forgive me. But I have to be willing to forgive first. It’s the way of life,” she said. “He was a human being.”
Yes, we might have expected something akin to this from a Pope, but who would have expected it from any one of those girls?
It seemed so simple when she said it. “It’s the way of life.” I doubt that the Pope could have said it better himself.
And her approach was as close to Radical Forgiveness as it is possible to get without using the words, and as far as I know, she didn’t have to use a worksheet. For her it was self-evident.
There was not a trace of anger in her that I could discern. Is she in denial still? It’s a fair question, but I doubt it.
She may yet need to express a lot of repressed rage, but that doesn’t negate her willingness to forgive now. If she is in denial, it was not evident, and I doubt she could have written a book about the experience if she was still in denial. (The book is called Finding Me, and it came out last weekend.)
Her notion of reciprocity reminded me of a Seattle-based study I wrote about in my first book, Radical Forgiveness, in 1997. It echoes what Michelle said and proves her right.
The study tried to find out how long it took people to forgive someone for something. It went on for some years, and at each meeting nothing much had changed in any of the subjects.
Then all of a sudden a person would report that the negativity had suddenly evaporated and they felt they had finally forgiven.
When the researchers delved further into it, they found that the forgiveness happened more or less immediately after the subjects themselves had been forgiven for something they had done that was quite unrelated to the event in question.
There was apparently a balancing of energies involved. This is what Michelle has intuitively tapped into and had come to realize on her own. I look forward to reading her book.
Blessings,
Colin

A Sterling Vibration
What emotions dominate your consciousness? What beliefs and attitudes drive your actions? Are they any better than those held by the likes of Donald Sterling, the owner of the LA Clippers basketball team who was banned from the league for his racist remarks?
If it is true that our thoughts, attitudes and beliefs determine our vibration, his must be in the toilet. How about yours?
How much of your consciousness is habitually controlled by fear, anger, resentment, shame and guilt, rather than by peace, joy, forgiveness and love?
To what extent are your relationships about domination, control and demand, versus equality, respect and freedom?
This is how you can measure your own vibration. Why is it important? Because the lower your vibratory rate, the less healthy you become in mind, body and spirit. (It is no surprise to me that Sterling has cancer.)
Also, like attracts like, so if your vibration is low, you will find yourself in low-vibration relationships. That makes for a whole lot of drama!
Unfortunately, the reverse is also true. If you hang out with low vibration people, they will drag your vibration down with them – that is, unless you apply the principles of Radical Acceptance to them.
That’s where you see beyond the person to that which is the divine essence in them. (We have a worksheet for this in the Free Stuff section of the website. It does work.)
Doing that will immediately catapult your vibration out the roof!
In fact, if you habitually apply Radical Forgiveness, of which Radical Acceptance is a part, to all aspects of your life, your vibration will shoot way up and remain there.
It was that idea that gave me the impetus to write the book: 25 Practical Uses for Radical Forgiveness, A Handbook for Solving the Problems and Challenges of Everyday Life in a New Way.
The more you use tools like the Radical Forgiveness Worksheet, the more grounded you will become at the higher vibration. You will become more attuned to receiving guidance from the Universe.
The higher your vibration, the more powerful, healthy and peaceful you will be. Your contribution to the energy field of those around you, and even that of the planet, will be enormous.
Still not sure where to start? Well, first become more conscious by submitting all your ideas, beliefs and prejudices about race, gender, politics, and so on, to some rigorous scrutiny to see if they are of high or low vibration.
To tell the difference between high and low frequency, simply notice how you feel in your body when, in meditation or in conversation, you give expression to those things – especially those that are fed by greed, selfishness and meanness of spirit.
By paying close attention, you will literally feel your vibration go up or down in response to what you are saying or even thinking.
By the way, if Donald Sterling’s expression of his low vibration ideas upset you emotionally, it means he is a mirror for you. Not just you, either. Everyone.
We are all racist to some degree still. We need to admit it before we can heal it. By rubbing our nose in it, Sterling is a healing angel for all of us.
So, take this opportunity to do a Radical Forgiveness Worksheet on him, and heal that part of you that is being reflected.
Then make a conscious decision to release any toxic ideas and adopt new, peaceful, loving practices in their place. You can’t help but feel your vibration get higher, and you’ll contribute much to the overall rising of the vibration of the planet.
Blessings,
Colin

Living Radical Forgiveness
Spirituality without practical application is baloney. The same is true for Radical Forgiveness. It’s a great idea, but unless you apply it, nothing changes.
You can read all about it, but until you actually do a worksheet, you’ll never have the full experience of it. That’s why I did the webinar on the Radical Forgiveness worksheet last week.
If you were on the call, I hope you got it that trying to do it in your head doesn’t work. Your mind simply gets in the way. (The replay of the webinar is available in the membership area of Colin’s Cafe.)
Don’t ask me why or how the worksheet makes it work. I only know that it does. Maybe it has the effect of bypassing your rational mind and going straight to your Spiritual Intelligence instead. Who knows?
You don’t have to be a smart-ass either. Your Spiritual Intelligence doesn’t need complex theories and algorithms, just your willingness to allow it to be activated. Nothing else is required. Here’s the deal:
Radical Forgiveness requires no special skill or ability.
It requires no belief or faith. Just the willingness to try it.
Proximity of time and space are not required. Results are immediate, and distance is no factor on how others might be affected energetically.
You aren’t required to like the person (though you will probably feel quite differently about him/her after doing the worksheet).
I like to call it a “fake it till you make it” system. The Radical Forgiveness tools only require that you be willing to open to the idea that these ideas might be true. By placating your rational mind with, “There, there, I don’t believe it either, but let’s just see what happens,” it gives up its resistance and your Spiritual Intelligence can take over.
I am getting ready to leave for England May 19th and will be showing people over there and in Europe how to do the work. Needless to say, I have all the worksheets and 13 Steps audios translated into the right languages. I have them in Russian, French, German and Spanish.
I’m doing a Miracles Workshop in Switzerland in June, but that’s going to be in English only. No translation required on that one.
We still have 5 spots open, so if you fancy a quick trip over to Switzerland, check out the Events Page for the details and to register. It’s your last chance this year to do what you need to do to clear your energy field of all that old energy you may have stored up. Make it a “healing vacation.”
