‘Cult City’ Ted takes a body blow from the Tampa Bay Times, but says it won’t slow him down
We listened in on Saturday’s “Cult City” tour of downtown Clearwater over a phone line, and we enjoyed what we could hear. It was fun to hear Mike Rinder, for example, talk about what really went on inside the Clearwater Bank building, a noted Scientology landmark.
One person we didn’t hear from was the tour operator, Ted Reinhard, who let his special guests tell the story Saturday. But then yesterday some unflattering information about Ted showed up in a story at the Tampa Bay Times. We thought we’d check in with Ted to see how he was taking the news.
The Bunker: Well, that was rough. You want to talk about it?
Ted: Sucked for a moment. Then we got a dozen reservations. Got another local newspaper that wants an interview. And a radio station interview in an hour.
Advertisement(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});The Bunker: But what about what Tracey pointed out, that you put a couple of one-star reviews on businesses that didn’t want your after-tour parties. Are you having second thoughts about that?
Ted: That’s easy, you get bad service, you leave a bad review. I’ve only had one experience, so that’s the experience I wrote about. So no second thoughts at all, just honest observation based on my interaction with them. If they wanted something else, they could have done something else.
The Bunker: This is what the article said: “The negative reviews Reinhard left on Google falsely accuse Pour Yours and BlackBrick Tavern, which Reinhard also said declined to host his after-party, of only welcoming Scientologists.” Are you falsely accusing these businesses of something that isn’t true?
Ted: Well, if they’re not welcoming non-Scientologists, who’s left to welcome? “80 non-Scientologists told to get lost” isn’t as sexy as a headline I suppose.
The Bunker: We remember when you went to talk to the Downtown Development Board, you made a good point, that you were trying to bring business downtown and you were not welcomed.
Ted: Yeah, honestly that was what hit me personally hardest.
The Bunker: But we guess some people would say those reviews don’t show that you have the downtown’s interest at heart.
Ted: Reality has a way of changing perspective. I fell for the narrative, but a narrative is just a story.
The Bunker: The story also said that you were a full-time social studies teacher for the county, but then “He received a ‘coaching memo’ that year after he said any student who disrupted the educational process to participate in a vigil for the Parkland school massacre is ‘no longer an activist, you’re a terrorist.'” That seems to have surprised some of our readers.
Ted: Always more to a story than that.
The Bunker: OK, we’re interested to hear more.
Ted: Pinellas County Schools called me a ‘leader of technology in the classroom’ and did a 1-hour training video using me and my class as a county-wide example. I raised test scores 32 percent to the highest the schools seen. And I even adopted one of my former students. The article she quoted was pulled from publication, but it’s true that every student, regardless of zip code, deserves the best education possible. We as teachers need to make every minute of every day count, and when outside politics, influences, etc, take those few precious moments from our students, they’re stealing our kids’ future. That’s theft, that’s destruction of lives. Nothing short of terrorism.
The Bunker: So you’re saying the quote was taken out of context?
Ted: That’s why the student’s article was pulled. But I had an assistant principal who thought because I said “terrorism” that I was Islamophobic. Funny enough, I’m actually Muslim. But everything turned out fine. I got a new daughter that traveled the world with us and is working to get into the military.
Advertisement(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});The Bunker: So no plans to slow down?
Ted: Oh, hell no. We’re actually tripling down. Fall/winter we’ll be getting our Cult City Van service going…

…doing hotel-to-tour transfers from the beach hotels and St Petersburg. Also adding a driving portion showing people Hacienda Gardens and the records storage facility. By Spring 2022 we’ll have a storefront office/giftshop/museum (outside of Clearwater of course).
The Bunker: That’s ambitious.
Ted: Just for fun, guess what our marketing budget was to start this company?
The Bunker: Two nickels?
Ted: Now guess ten cents less. We’ve gotten this far thanks to the city of Clearwater and Scientology. They’ve been our marketing arm. Every nasty thing they say we post as a testimonial. I was telling Tracey, if it wasn’t for Paris M. giving us the works, we wouldn’t have lasted two weeks.
The Bunker: We guess what is concerning about the TB Times story is that it portrays you as someone who doesn’t have helping the downtown businesses as a main concern.
Ted: That drives me a little crazy. Why are businesses downtown? To make money. Why can’t my main concern be the same? We run a business, and we’re blessed we were able to raise over $1,200 for the Foundation. But they’re the charity…we’re not.
The Bunker: OK, thanks Ted.
Ted: No problem.

“With governments leaning all over Scientology and looking down our throats, for instance, the probability — Mary Sue was always curious. She always said, ‘The government wants something out of Scientology.’ She’s always saying this. ‘The government wants something. There’s some reason for this.’ And we finally found it. They want the E-Meter for front-line combat troops. I thought that was very interesting. Yeah, it’s pretty crazy, isn’t it? Typical. You see, they get so much infiltration — this is serious — they get so much infiltration in modern warfare of the type that is being fought, that they can’t tell friend from foe. So they’re going to equip front-line combat troops with portable lie detectors. And, of course, there’s only one portable lie detector in the world, the E-Meter. I knowed something was getting those chilluns, you see? But apparently they have some kind of an interest in it. And you would — a thief or a criminal never can ask you for something. They’ve got to steal it. And I wasn’t saying all the governments are thieves or criminals. Don’t get me wrong. I think there’s one or two that aren’t. I know this is about the wildest curve you ever heard of and it’s completely unbelievable. You can see a soldier walking around carrying an E-Meter. Before he shoots the guy, you see, he puts the electrodes in his hands, you know? Bunch of psychotics. I know, it doesn’t sound right. But it sounds just exactly what a government would do.” — L. Ron Hubbard, March 17, 1964

Their stats are now up again.” — The Commodore, March 17, 1970

“Genocide on a galactic magnitude does not work. Look what happened after a galactic ruler attempted that on us. The solution for these hivemind Gray ETs is auditing, not genocide. The problem is that there are good Grays and bad Grays. They come from Andromeda. They are minions of the reptilians, but I see the lizards from Buckingham Palace very alive and kicking. That without mentioning that they seem to RULE THE WORLD including the USA. Also, remember that LRH said the future civilization for Earth is a Galactic Confederacy type of society described in the taped lecture ‘The Free Being.’ In it the society includes all kinds of beings, from OTs, limited OTs, Doll Bodies, Meat Bodies and in the meat body bracket comes the Gray ETs and their ant hills. It is probably not well known that, according to Bill Robertson, the government of this Galaxy met with the good Grays from the government of Andromeda to reach an agreement.”

1997: The San Jose Mercury News ran an article on Luckman Interactive, the Scientologist-owned company being sued for excessive spending and contributions to Scientology. “A small, promising software company, in need of capital, looked for help to keep growing. For the owners of Marietta-based MicroHelp, a merger with Luckman Interactive of Los Angeles seemed the route to deeper pockets and success. In November, the $17.5 million deal was signed. Three months later, MicroHelp was dead. The 60-plus MicroHelp jobs were gone and the company’s cutting-edge Pentium computers packed into trucks headed for the coast. Customers calling for assistance got no answer. Meanwhile, Canadian-based Yorkton Securities, which owns 22 percent of Luckman and had pumped $20 million into the company, has sued Luckman, charging officials with looting assets, spending lavishly on personal items and shifting funds to the Church of Scientology. In a Los Angeles meeting, MicroHelp Chief Executive Officer Tim O’Pry agreed to become president of the combined company. He was on his way back to the airport when he began receiving calls from employees, with accusations: employees forced to record financial data in questionable ways and meetings of the Church of Scientology held in company offices with employees forced to attend.”

Q patriots arguing with each other is the best.
My favorite kind of QAnon content is when anons go, "I believe in X, but Y is embarrassing," and then a flame war starts.

Scientology goes after Mike Rinder with a document he gave only to Marty Rathbun
On Saturday, in anticipation of the L. Ron Hubbard birthday walking tour in Clearwater, we posted a letter from Scientology secretary Glen Stilo to show that the church was really panicking about the tour.
Specifically, Stilo demanded any records of city councilman Mark Bunker’s involvement (Bunker did show up and filmed the event), and his letter smeared participants Mike Rinder and Marc Headley with the usual distortions.
But Stilo also provided a surprise in that request that we decided to hold back so we could give it a story of its own.
In order to prove that Rinder was “bigoted” against the church, Stilo included a handwritten document that Rinder had sent to his then close friend Mark “Marty” Rathbun.
It’s a fascinating document, and it describes a humorous plot that we’ve written about before.
Advertisement(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});Rinder, Scientology’s former international spokesman, escaped from the Sea Org in 2007, and went public with his defection in the legendary 2009 project by the Tampa Bay Times, “The Truth Rundown.”
At that time, 2009, Rinder still considered himself a Scientologist (he doesn’t today), and was talking with other “independent” Scientologists about how to raise the profile of indies and make it uncomfortable for church leader David Miscavige.
He told us years ago that he and Robert Almblad came up with a scheme. There was a building for sale in downtown Clearwater. They dreamed up a plan to purchase it and turn it into the first independent Church of Scientology, right under Miscavige’s nose.
Miscavige, of course, could never put up with “apostates” doing such a thing, but even if Miscavige ended up buying the building, they might be able to turn a profit.
“At that time I still considered myself a Scientologist. This was sort of a win-win scenario. Either set up a center right next to the Clearwater Bank building for ‘independent Scientology,’ or if they swooped in and bought a place like they try to do with the Lisa McPherson Trust, then we would take the profit and use it to open up somewhere else,” Mike says.
At some point, Rinder spelled out the idea in a handwritten letter to Rathbun, another former top Scientology official who had ditched the church in 2004. In the letter, Rinder suggested that Rathbun, who lived in South Texas, move to Clearwater to join the plot.
Glen Stilo attached that letter in his records request this past week. It’s a fascinating look at an earlier period when Rinder still considered himself a Scientologist, but also it is yet another confirmation that Marty Rathbun, who at one time had been such a critic of David Miscavige, has not only become a go-to attack dog for the church, but that things given to him in private by other ex-church members are ending up in the hands of Miscavige and the church.
We first confirmed that Rathbun was doing this in 2017, when Dani Lemberger revealed to us that a private email he had sent to Rathbun ended up in the hands of church attorneys who tried to use the email against Lemberger in his lawsuit against the church in Israel.
When we confronted Rathbun about it, he called us a name and didn’t deny it. And now, Mike Rinder tells us, a handwritten document he gave Rathbun has ended up in the hands of the church, which is trying to use it against Rinder.
For years, in the period between about 2009 and 2016, many former church members went to Marty Rathbun for aid and comfort after leaving the church. All of those people can now consider that anything they gave Rathbun in confidence is now in the hands of David Miscavige.
As for Rathbun’s long journey from chief Scientology critic to David Miscavige attack dog, please see our extensive history of that trajectory, “Memories of a Scientology warrior: Marty Rathbun’s curious career as church rebel.”
And also, our more recent thoughts about his turn when we put him on the Top 25 People Enabling Scientology at #18.

Chynna and Billy have new digs!
Last September Danny Masterson made his first (and so far only) court appearance on the rape charges that have him facing 45 years to life in prison if convicted at trial. And part of the story that day was how things were delayed for hours because Danny had brought a large entourage with him in what was clearly a show of defiance.
Only a few of his group were actually allowed in the courtroom because of Covid rules, and one of them was his brother-in-law, actor Billy Baldwin, who is married to Chynna Phillips, the sister of Danny’s wife Bijou Phillips.
Ever since then we’ve been curious about Billy and Chynna, even though they aren’t Scientologists. Chynna, a born-again Christian, has an over-sharer YouTube channel, and she’s provided some helpful material on it, like the time she had Bijou on and they discussed Danny’s “Strong Island” macho personality.
One of the constant refrains from Chynna is that she and Billy are broke, and that they have been barely getting by during the pandemic, when acting prospects for Billy have been tough to come by.
But then just recently Chynna talked about how the couple had bought a new house, and she provided enough information that we were able to figure out what property they purchased on March 9.
It’s a swank Santa Barbara home that sold for $2.9 million, and records show the Baldwins took out a mortgage for $2.03 million of it. And as she showed her followers the property, Chynna revealed that they plan to do a lot of upgrading to it.

Must be nice to be so “broke.”

“I had a number of US Senators interested in this. As a matter of fact I had the senate dining room one day — I had lots of friends down there in those days, still would have if I went down and stuck my nose in. Every time I do, why they all say, ‘Hey, Ron! Where the hell have you been?’ you know. ‘What’s the matter, you mad at me?’ Something like that. I’d say, ‘Oh, I’ve been busy.’ And I had the senate dining room down there one noon, I remember, along about this period [in 1950]. And you could have heard a toothpick fall from one end of it to the other….I was telling them somebody had found the dynamic principle of existence and I was telling people what it was and so forth. And that place was jammed from one corner to the other with senators and so forth. The next thing you know the table outside of the perimeter of the table I was sitting at with three or four old senators and the table outside that went silent and the table outside that went silent and the table outside that went silent and the next thing you know there wasn’t anything happening in that dining room. The waiters were standing there, see. Darnedest thing you ever wanted to see, you know! And I said, ‘Gee!’ I said, ‘I’ve got a bear by the tail here, you know.’ That was actually before anything much had occurred. They had never heard of this book or anything.” — L. Ron Hubbard, March 16, 1965
“The Apollo is to be in all respects ready for the sea and all port cycles closed by 5:00 PM 18 Mar 69. The civil ‘Nomarch’ of Corfu on irregular lines verbally has ordered our departure in 24 hours despite any unreadiness and without concluding our gyro or safety inspection. We have been given no reason. There may be a connection with the visit of US vessels last week which had a report via their naval attache that we made troops desert. There is no damage really as the AOSH Greece had not really opened and is being reopened at once in Denmark. The situation is under control. There is no danger.” — The Commodore, March 16, 1969

1996: In response to numerous requests by a.r.s posters for legally obtained copies of the NOTS processing levels, Scientology attorney Helena Kobrin has been again sending legal threats via email and Usenet. “The purpose of this posting is to inform you that on March 21, 1996 at 5:12 p.m., Judge Ronald M. Whyte of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California issued the following Temporary Restraining Order against Ward and SCAMIZDAT prohibiting them and anyone in active concert or participation with them from, among other things, acquiring, reproducing, displaying these materials. By this electronic communication, you are being formally placed on notice of the above order and its terms. After the success of their double-Emmy-winning, three-season A&E series ‘Scientology and the Aftermath,’ Leah Remini and Mike Rinder continue the conversation on their podcast, ‘Scientology: Fair Game.’ We’ve created a landing page where you can hear all of the episodes so far.
LEAH REMINI: SCIENTOLOGY AND THE AFTERMATH
An episode-by-episode guide to Leah Remini’s three-season, double-Emmy winning series that changed everything for Scientology watching. Originally aired from 2016 to 2019 on the A&E network, and now on Netflix.

Scientology whistleblower Steve Fishman: Out of prison and getting younger every day
The last time we checked on Steve Fishman, he was serving a 21-year prison sentence in California.
In that 2015 story we described how Fishman was named in the legendary 1991 Time magazine cover story about Scientology that launched numerous lawsuits by the church, including one aimed at Fishman, and he had defended himself by posting a treasure trove of upper-level Scientology secrets in a court file that became known as the “Fishman Papers” and which the church spent decades trying to suppress from the Internet.
Also in that story we took a fresh look at Fishman’s book about his Scientology adventure, “The Lonesome Squirrel,” and pointed out that 20 years after its publication some of the people named in it were now out of Scientology and told us that the book was actually an elaborate parody.
Whatever the truth of his actual involvement in Scientology, there’s no denying that his court filings had a devastating effect on church secrecy which echoes even to the present day.
Advertisement(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});So how did he end up in prison? Court papers told the story:
According to the federal government, from 1998 to about 2005, Fishman was a key player in a classic fraud operation that suckered investors out of millions of dollars by convincing them that 150-year-old railroad bonds were worth billions…In a document that describes the scheme in significant detail, the roles that different people played is spelled out. One of them was the gladhanding salesman. Another played the part of the overseas agent who supposedly had access to European markets. But the government said the nucleus that held it all together was Steve Fishman.
A Tulsa jury found Fishman guilty and he was sentenced to 21 years in prison. He wasn’t supposed to be released until 2028, so imagine our surprise when we learned that he had actually been out of prison for several months.
We spoke to him on the phone last night to catch up with him.
“I was the law clerk at Terminal Island, and then they sent me to Lompoc, where people were dying left and right,” he says.
Fishman was featured in a Santa Barbara Independent story in May about the conditions at the Lompoc prison during the pandemic, and how Fishman and other prisoners accused the institution of manipulating data and downplaying the crisis.
“I filed a lawsuit on that,” Fishman says. “Eventually the trial judge terminated my prison sentence.”
He made his way to Yucca Valley to be near one of his daughters.
“I have been very active in the anti-vaccine campaign, and I’m trying to keep people from getting sick from mRNA vaccines,” he says. “The masks are just a big fraud too. It deprives oxygen and we’re not plant life so we can’t breathe in our own carbon dioxide. You can’t go anywhere without a mask and I just hate it.”
Fishman says he tested positive for Covid in June while at Lompoc prison. “I took hydroxychloroquine the next day and never had another symptom. That’s the only thing that cures it, besides Remdesivir and Ivermectin. As far as I’m concerned, Covid is a big hoax. Everyone who got it could have lived if they’d just taken the right medicine.”
And besides agitating against vaccines and face coverings, Fishman says he’s also promoting something called IHerQLes, a treatment he says is making him younger.
“What it does is it prevents telomeres [structures at the ends of chromosomes] from dying on the body as we age, and actually reverses our age,” he says.
“I’m now 71, and I’m taking this age reversal treatment. I was able to get rid of my diabetes and high cholesterol,” he says.
He still keeps in touch with Paulette Cooper, who has remained a good friend, and he says that Graham Berry is still his attorney.
Advertisement(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});“I’m glad that over the years I’ve cost Scientology a lot of money,” he says with a laugh.
He’s convinced that he’s not just more healthy, but that he’s literally getting younger because of the new pills.
“We just need to make sure the good guys, not Scientology, gets ahold of this,” he says cheerfully.
We wished him well.

Chick Corea, the Grammys, and L. Ron Hubbard
Former Scientologist and professional musician Geoff Levin watched the Grammys last night and was disappointed to see how Chick Corea was memorialized during the broadcast:
Advertisement(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
I had the privilege of recording with Chick on several album recordings. He was truly a genius.
His wife Gayle Moran will get kudos from the higher ups at the Church of Scientology for mentioning Ron Hubbard during her acceptance speech for Chick’s posthumous Grammy awards. “L. Ron Hubbard was very inspirational to Chick, for continual guidance and inspiration for many years,” she said.
I’m sad that Hubbard’s name was used in the same breath with Chick’s exceptional music and talent. So many OTs have died from cancer who were promised superhuman abilities including healing their bodies with Scientology.
To me, Hubbard getting a mention at the Grammys was the ultimate in cognitive dissonance, hypocrisy, and tragedy. This did not have to be.

“I said, ‘Go ahead and fly through the air,’ to a preclear once in a very careless moment. Preclear had said something about flying all to pieces, or going up in the air, and I said, ‘Well, go ahead and fly through the air.’ It was a bad thing for me to do, because I was disgusted. I was disgusted with the preclear, and I actually mirrored it. And the preclear took it as an auditing command and looked at me blankly and said, ‘How am I supposed to do that?’ Well, I could have said at that moment, ‘It’s a mis-command. I didn’t mean it.’ But I didn’t. I picked the preclear up and made him fly through the air. And I said, ‘See, you can do it.’” — L. Ron Hubbard, March 15, 1957

“In this Universe, spiritual survival and physical survival are polarized against each other. One tends to exclude the other. For that reason, trying to be an auditor and/or spiritual worker and make much money at the same time tends to be so difficult or unachievable. Spiritual workers have great dignity and are worthy of all the admiration, but they should know they need to keep a separate income. Understanding this is crucial for the immediate peace and future survival of auditing practices and other spiritual help activities.”

2002: The Sunday News from Lancaster, Pennsylvania reported that a counselor with Narconon, Scientology’s drug rehabilitation program, was found guilty of selling heroin. “Anthony J. Mariani, 40, now of Dunwoody, Ga., also was found guilty of possessing drug paraphernalia. Mariani, who has undergone voluntary drug rehabilitation and now works as a counselor for the inpatient Narconon program outside Atlanta, faces a possible 2-year mandatory minimum prison sentence. On Sept. 9, 2000, Mariani, who had a long history of heroin addiction, was involved in a disturbance at the Turkey Hill Minit Market, 2787 Lincoln Highway East. When police arrived, they found Mariani in possession of 31 packets of heroin, weighing 1.1 grams, and assorted drug paraphernalia.”

Leah Remini spots Scientology’s best self-own in a long, long time
Leah Remini spotted this item while she was on Twitter and brought it to our attention. Here’s what she told us about it…
“While I was engaging with decent folks on Twitter last night, Scientology fair game operatives thought, ‘Wait, we can’t have Leah doing good things on Twitter, we must stop her tweeting out links of teachers’ Amazon request lists. We can’t have her engaging with people who donated to a real charity today, Henry Street Settlement in honor of Jerry Stiller, we must interrupt this! Quick, get out there, fellas, and stop her! Accuse her of inciting hate against us! Tweet some shit about Valerie Haney! Distract her!’ And while I did engage with a few of them for a few minutes, I came across this little delight.”
And we’re really glad that she did.
Every so often a tabloid publication will make the unsubstantiated claim that Tom Cruise is leaving Scientology to reunite with either his ex-wife Katie Holmes, or his daughter Suri, or both.
Advertisement(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});Of course, all the evidence is to the contrary, which we are always happy to point out to reporters who ask us about it. In 2019, before the pandemic shut down Scientology events, Tom Cruise not only attended the L. Ron Hubbard birthday event in Clearwater, but he also attended the IAS gala in October, and with his kids Isabella and Connor. It’s the first time we can remember that he attended more than one international event in a single year, and it was the first time he had ever brought his kids. Meanwhile, his double penthouse right inside the Flag Land Base in Clearwater is now complete, and when Tom visits it he’ll literally be walking distance from his buddy Dave Miscavige’s place at the Flag Building.
So yes, the actual record is that Cruise is even more involved in Scientology than ever, not less, and we’ve seen no evidence that he’s trying to reunite with his daughter Suri.
Well, back in November Gossip Cop debunked another of these baseless tabloid rumors that Cruise was ditching Scientology to reunite with Suri.
And thanking them for setting the record straight — that in fact Cruise remains estranged from his own daughter — was The Expose Network, one of Scientology’s nasty Twitter accounts that takes weak potshots at Leah Remini and Mike Rinder.

How’s that for a self-own!
“Thank you, Gossip Cop, for confirming that Tom Cruise is a deadbeat dad more interested in Scientology than his own daughter, signed Scientology.”
It’s an instant classic.

Lucas Catton: Narconon and the media
Says Luke: “Narconon of Oklahoma moved from Chilocco to Arrowhead in 2001. Around this time several things occurred that wound up placing Narconon in newspapers and on radio and television networks across the country. Combined with the boom created by their internet presence as one of the early pioneers online for the treatment space, Narconon Arrowhead grew from 100 to 250 clients in just a few short years, averaging $250,000 per week in revenue for that single facility. Their meteoric rise was of course met with a later crash into becoming the desolate place it is now.”

Are you sure we haven’t skipped some calendar years somewhere?) It was a great day. And I appreciate you more than you will ever know.” — L. Ron Hubbard, March 14, 1971

And HGC had a present — 639 w.d. auditing hours! Just by changing its lines and hard work. And the HCI’s FEBC stats are highest ever. The International Gross Income was the HIGHEST EVER! And the Planetary G.I. (not including AOUK, UK, EU, AF or ANZO Orgs) (including only US (Sea Org, Scn) and AOSH DK) hit over a quarter of a million in one week!” — The Commodore, March 14, 1971

“I’ll be glad when these Grays are exterminated from our Galaxy. We need to apply the Danger Formulae to these S.P.s and secure a safe base. After the dust settles, we can arrange to have those in lower Ethics Conditions given the job of ‘auditing’ them. I, unfortunately, am very familiar with the Gray hatcheries. Most of these are in the Deep Underground Military Bases. They abduct women and children and use them for fertility foods. Most of these ‘hybrid’ babies are used as FOOD, for the Reptilians. The Grays rub their adrenal glands on their skin, as nourishment. And some of these babies are sacrificed to Lucifer, murdered, after being tortured for their adrenochrome. I have heard of some ‘Good Grays,’ mostly from people who allow them to inhabit their bodies during a trance-like state. I don’t buy that there are good Grays. Alliances were made with President Eisenhower, of which he was bound/forced to make a deal, in order to save the greater collective; all the while buying time to wage war against them and defend humanity. Eliminating total suppression must be done in order to save humanity. If you’re of the opinion that there are those that are sweetness and light, then maybe, but I haven’t seen any evidence of any goodness from either the Reptilians or Grays. There’s NO ‘Alliance’ with these baby ‘hatcheries.’ Our Military has been FORCED to have Reality with them, UNTIL they amass enough tech to eradicate them. And that is being done over the past year or so. Trump and the U.S. military has been rescuing these babies, children and others, then bombing the DUMBs.”

2001: Mark Bunker reported on a hearing in the the case of former Scientologist Jesse Prince, charged with growing marijuana. “Attorney Denis deVlaming explained that Jesse and his fiancee, Dee, moved to Clearwater over a year ago and bought a house. They discovered marijuana growing wildly on their property. He explained that Scientology found an African American P.I. who came to Jesse’s neighborhood and waited at a nearby bar to meet Jesse and befriend him. This P.I. (Gaston) spent months hanging out with Jesse and Dee before turning Jesse into the Largo police. Once Gaston went to the Largo police as a confidential informant, the police sent in an agent of their own. This Largo undercover agent repeatedly asked Jesse for drugs and Jesse kept telling him he couldn’t get him any. The Largo undercover agent then told the Largo police that there were marijuana plants at Jesse’s house which led to the early morning raid when the police arrested Jesse and found one plant growing from the roots of a rubber tree plant. The judge looked surprised. ‘One plant? As in only one plant?’, he asked. ‘Yes, your honor,’ replied deVlaming.”

L. Ron Hubbard is 110 years old, and Scientology is ready for its close-up!
Wherever he is off researching new auditing levels without a physical body, L. Ron Hubbard is 110 years old today, or at least the version of Hubbard that was born on March 13, 1911 in Tilden, Nebraska.
The Great Thetan is actually trillions of years old, of course, and birthdays get to be fairly meaningless when you’ve lived that long. But March 13 is still pretty much the holiest day on the Scientology calendar in honor of its illustrious founder, and we tip our hat to the Commodore on this festive day.
Hubbard himself loved being feted on his birthday and receiving gifts from his followers. And a celebration of his birthday became a huge annual event for Scientology, held every year in Clearwater, Florida at Ruth Eckerd Hall.
Last year, however, the coronavirus crisis shut things down in the days leading up to March 13, and Scientology had to cancel its event, a shocking result for the church. David Miscavige then put out an angry secret bulletin calling the pandemic a “planetary bullbait” — a hoax, in other words, that was a test of Scientology’s mettle.
Advertisement(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});Miscavige has been congratulating himself recently for taking the initiative and turning the Covid emergency into a public relations opportunity for the church. But as far as we know, another LRH birthday is going without a big event at Ruth Eckerd Hall, making it two years in a row without festivities for Hubbard.
Well, that’s a shame. But take heart, Scientology! Because today at 4 pm, Ted Reinhard will be leading a very special edition of his “Cult City Tours” that will feature some big names: Mike Rinder, Marc Headley, Aaron Smith-Levin, Mat Pesch, and Mary Kahn.
Wow! And with David Miscavige now a resident of Clearwater, you can imagine how much Scientology is freaking out.
In fact, you don’t have to imagine it at all!
Last night we called up Mark Bunker to see if he’s going to attend (he says he is), and then he sent over the latest Glen Stilo records request from the church, and wow, this one sure sounds panicky!
So yes, it turns out Scientology is freaked out about this “clearly bigoted activity,” and we sure hope someone is live-streaming so the rest of us can watch what happens.

“The Independent field is still spending far more time on its own circular comm cycles and infighting that we’ve totally lost the point of why we’re all here. The actual VFP — spiritual freedom for ourselves and others — has just been almost dismissed as an irrelevance. Why can’t we swallow that gnat of our respective games conditions, which frankly are circular and pointless games of chasing overts and motivators, and look at the war zone that surrounds us and just do what we can? How could individuals ever think that there’s anything to be gained in the long term from a narrow-minded 1D introverted view, when ultimately it is themselves they are destroying? I have lurked in the shadows of the Independent field for perhaps a decade and a half now, not really wanting to stick my head too far up the parapet having witnessed the ongoing bizarreness. I think now more than ever, people desperately need our help. We’ve got so much suffering and so much misery that we need to get busy, even if we have disagreements. We need to stop being stuck in Be and start doing a bit of Do and Have. We are clear to the touchline to make a fundamental and unique difference to the planet right now and there are literally no actual barriers stopping us from doing so other than those which we’ve mocked up for ourselves.”
2000: The Wichita Eagle reported that Scientology celebrity Kirstie Alley has opened a school behind the Wichita, Kansas mission. “Wichita native Kirstie Alley for the opening of Lillie’s Learning Place, a free tutoring center, named after Alley’s daughter, that is open to people of all ages. The new center is at 3416 E. Oakland, behind the Church of Scientology Mission that Alley established five years ago in Wichita’s College Hill neighborhood. Originally, Lillie’s made its home in the mission’s building. For Alley, as well as the nearly 700 members of the Scientology mission in Wichita, the area holds great value: Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard lived in the neighborhood in the 1950s and wrote some of his essays that would be part of what he called Study Technology — ways to develop learning and comprehension.”
