Random Webcomics Thought

Somewhere out there, there has to be someone doing for webcomics what artbomb.net did for print comics: telling people only about the good stuff, and ignoring the bad stuff. I personally haven't seen it yet, but I bet it's out there. Has to be. The curational process should have dug in years ago.
