Baby Boomers: Feeling Overlooked by the Church?
God showed me that there are many men and women in the body of Christ right now born between 1946-1964 that have been “overlooked”. In 2018, God is going to begin to promote and grant favor to men and women in the body of Christ who have been overlooked and reward them for their faithfulness and courage even when they have suffered disappointment and rejection on many occasions.
I heard God say, “Great wisdom is missing in My body.” I said, “Where is it Lord?” He said, “It’s with the baby boomers who have been overlooked, but now they will be revealed carrying great wisdom to My body for such a time as this!
If you were born between 1946-1964, God says, “This is your year! Do not continue to feel sorry for yourself or believe that I have left you on the sidelines. I say to you this year, it is time to get off the bench and get in the game.
The young generations are in great need of the wisdom you carry, wisdom that has come at times from your own failures and mistakes. Nonetheless, you have much to offer and if you are willing and available, I will cause a vibrancy and fresh wind of My Spirit to come upon you and enable you to fulfill My will in and around you, says God.
Some of you have even had some measures of success in your younger years, but have fallen prey to discouragement over the last ten years. I will strengthen you” says your God. “I will cause you to rise to the occasion and fulfill the assignments I am about to release to you this year.
Be encouraged and of good cheer. I will fight for you and win your heart over to me like never before. This is your year says God! Books are still yet to be written, young people are still yet to be led. Projects must be completed. Some of you will even marry. You will not be defined by your divorce. Do not become discouraged! I’m with you and for you!” – Jeremiah Johnson, pastor and founder of Behold the Man ministries

Keep Your Family Safe with The Prayer of Protection
There is tumult in the United States and around the world. Everything from hurricanes and riots to terrorist attacks. It’s tempting to give in to worry. Or to feel like there’s nothing you can do in the face of danger. But there is something you can do.
You can pray The Prayer of Protection
When A Storm Hits
When Hurricane Matthew hit Florida in October 2016, I was serving as a missionary in Colombia, South America, far from my grown children (now in their 20s). So “all I could do” was continue praying for their protection while they fled inland with our dog, 2 cats and one memento each from my deceased parents. My eyes were glued to the internet for updates which showed frightening videos of the storm battering our neighborhood. It was easy to imagine that absolutely everything would be wiped out.

But I had been routinely praying a The Prayer of Protection over my family for nearly a decade. And during my time overseas, I had been praying it almost daily.
After the storm passed, my daughters returned to discover massive destruction directly to the north and directly to the south — but our little stretch of beach was just fine. Other than being strewn with starfish.
I’m convinced this miracle unfolded as a direct result of years spent praying a Prayer of Protection. As I see storms brewing around the world, and especially in the United States, I felt compelled to share this prayer with you.
About the Prayer
The 3-page prayer covers every aspect of your life, from your mind and emotions, to your car, house and workplace. It is certainly not a guarantee that nothing bad will ever happen to you (Jesus said, in this world you will have trouble), but the bible also says we should be wise. Praying the prayer of protection to keep your family safe — as safe as possible in a dangerous world — is one way we walk in wisdom.
