By Author of Paranormal Romance Eva Gordon

GUNG HAY FAT CHOY! YEAR OF THE TIGER

ROARING IN THE YEAR OF THE TIGER

I'm wolfish but I have to howl good wishes to fellow predator, the tiger.

I gathered some info from several sites to post about the year and the tiger.

The Tiger is one of the most beautiful creatures on the planet, and is feared and revered in equal measure. It features in many Asian cultures as a manifestation of courage, power, passion and royalty. In Feng Shui, it is one of the four celestial animals where it takes its place as the White Tiger. The other ...

Lupercalia: Happy Wolf Valentine's DAy

Happy Lupercalia! Wolf Valentine's Day!

How an ancient Roman holiday inspired my werewolf universe.
My readers know I use this ancient Roman festival in my paranormal romance werewolf novels. In my universe it is the time when lycans are most fertile, find their mates or play naughty werewolf games. I use some of the rituals below, with the exception of sacrificing the dog in my lycan festival. The Lupercal, the cave where Romulus and Remus were suckled by the she-wolf is what I call the rulin...

Interview with Luna the Alaskan Wolf

This full moon we have a special guest, a real wolf named Luna. I have traveled to a private deep forest in Alaska where I'm sitting under the full moon. I am guided by two spirit animals the raven and the wolf. They have guided me to this journey through the power of drum, the heartbeat of the earth. I posted a beautiful video but you can skip and read the interview. Post questions if you wish.

Eva: Welcome Luna. Where are you from?
Luna: The land of our marked territory and smells like my pa...

Ask Doc Werewolf Wednesday

Howlo,

Today I want to recommend Avatar. It is an amazing film, visually and with a story that resonated with me because of my connection to our mother Earth, Gaia. It is a classic story of the clash between cultures and civilizations. Greed verses biodiversity. I really loved the Pandora universe James Cameron created and being a biologist I especially liked the fauna. For all my wolf lovers, the fauna included the Viperwolf or in Na'vi the Nantang. The viperwolves looked like wolves with man...
