Chronicle Books :: Give Books 2013!

image

Hey folks,

The holidays are just around the corner and this year Chronicle Books has asked me to participate in their #Givebooks campaign. Chronicle let me pick out items from their store that I’d want to give as gifts this year. And you can win everything I picked out for free. Their list of publications are  diverse, informative, and most importantly, aesthetically pleasing. I’ve always said that Chronicle employs some of the best designers in the business and there’s no better way to make your bookshelf look cooler than everyone else’s than by filling them with books from Chronicle.

I’ve chosen ten books which reflect two of my passions. Design and cooking. This set would be a fantastic way for you to grow as an artist and then celebrate your awesomeness by making an awesome pasta dish.

Enter by leaving me a comment about who you are and what you do for a living (with your email) via Ask Me Anything. You have until Nov. 25th and then I’ll select a winner at random

For every tweet, online pledge or pin with the #GiveBooks hashtag, Chronicle Books will donate a book to First Book, a non-profit that provides books to children in need. The goal is to give away 10,000 books.

30 PERCENT OFF!
If for whatever reason you don’t want to give a book to a child in need by tweeting the #GiveBooks hashtag, there’s still hope for you! You can still get 30% off + free shipping at ChronicleBooks.com (*excluding personalized products). Promo code GIVEBOOKS (valid through 12/31/13)
