Happy Holidays everyone!
I was so busy in the run up to Christmas that I didn't have a chance to blog and wish everyone a wonderful holiday with their friends and families. I hope you've all had a great time.
I spent Christmas day with my family, but there's so many illnesses going around at the moment that not everyone could make it, and some of those who did really weren't up for a party. New Year's Eve will hopefully see everyone feeling much better and up for a paaaarty.
I received some new books for my TBR pile this Christmas. They're joining my long list of books from my birthday (back in April!) that I haven't had a chance to read yet. I did take a day out yesterday to read Lara Adrian's Kiss of Crimson, which was fairly good. I solid good, 3.5 stars. I liked it, but it lacked emotional depth in places where I wanted it most, and the ending was resolved far too easily. I like fights to be a little more difficult.
