Revision Hell
Now that I've finally finished my current edit obligations (though I'm sure there will be more) I'm back to working on my current work in progress. Since I've been away from the story for about three weeks, this is a prime time to read it with a fresh eye.Every writer has their own working styles and steps. When I get close to the end of a story I like to step away from it for a while and look at

Phone Sex...
I've always wondered what the attraction was with phone sex. I confess that it never did much for me. That's how things work sometimes in the author's world. Sort of a feast or famine scenario.Whilst in the midst of editing, I read a blog written by a brand new author about editing. She was overwhelmed because someone

The Great e-Book Divide
Over the past few weeks, things in e-book land have been hopping to say the very least. There has been much speculation about how the publishing world is (or has) changed and what it all means for the consumer, the publisher, and yes, for the writer. One particular thing I've noticed is the great divide between print books and e-books remains on those blogs/reviewer sites that purport to have a

Still editing...
Still in the editing cave.On the up side, I received a lovely note from a fellow author about Carnal Camelot. It certainly gave me a much needed confidence boost!anny
