the lady alchemist (and great alchemists!!!) are literally my favorite books of the year. and having the ending be that way was such a beacon of hope!! the world you showed us was too incredible for it to be left at that :) would love to hear any news about the sequel (and maybe a bit on how things have been since 2021?)
