Sour Milk in Sheep's Wool News

I'm excited and honored to announce that I will be interviewed by Julie Smithson, co-founder of MetaVRse and Board Chair for XR Women, about my new historical fiction novel Sour Milk in Sheep's Wool.
With Julie's work for gender equality and advocacy, I can't think of anyone better suited than Julie to have a conversation about what our foremothers did for us a hundred years ago. Please join us.
Saturday June 5th, 2021 at 10.30 AM ET, 2.30 PM GMT, 16.30 CEST.

Sour Milk in Sheep's Wool set to release in June

It's official, my new historical novel, Sour Milk in Sheep's Wool is set to release in June. I'm very excited about this.
It's a story that's very personal to me, so personal that the main protagonist is my own great grandmother.
Between now and June, I'll be posting a lot of interesting photos and details about my upcoming novel to get you excited about the characters and happenings in the story.

Also, to make this week even better, a couple of days ago my first historical novel James' Journey was listed as one of the Picks of the Month on The History Enthusiasts Booklist! I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised by this, and very excited.
To celebrate both of these things, if your book club wants to read James' Journey before the June release of Sour Milk in Sheep's Wool contact me. If you book a Zoom author visit, you'll to enter a lottery to win a free autographed (by me :) ) copy of Sour Milk in Sheep's Wool. Please message me if you're interested and we can book something. Zoom appearances are free and you can buy books directly from me for your book club if you'd like. Sour Milk in Sheep's Wool by Helen Lundström Erwin

Photos from the settings of my new novel

Dear readers,
My new historical novel is set in beautiful southern Sweden.
To get a look at some of the towns, villages, and even castles featured in it, follow me on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
You'll also get introduced to some of the real life women revolutionaries, active in Sweden during the 19th and 20th centuries that were fighting for contraceptive rights and suffrage. You may be surprised to learn that many suffragists and contraceptive rights activists didn't agree on birth control.

I'm being vague here on purpose ;) I'm not going to drop the title yet. Gotta keep the suspense going. ;)

I wrote a Children's book

I'm excited to introduce Police Officer Helga Hedgehog.
Officer Helga is a sweet lady that tries her best to be processional, but sometimes she gets so excited that she has to shake her back leg a bit just cause she can't help herself.
Enjoy, it's on the shelves in the bookstores.
And thank you to my readers for your support and encouragement.

Love to all and Happy Holidays!

Guest on Heart of the City Raido Show

I had the honor of being a call in guest on Malik Boyd's
Radio Show Heart in the City Radio Show this week.

Malik is absolutely wonderful and made me feel very comfortable and at home on his show. He asked excellent questions that led to a wonderful conversation.
A real honor.

Video streaming is available, I get introduced and hour and ten minutes into it and my interview begins a few minutes later.
