The Insecure Writers Support Group
It's time for another edition of The Insecure Writer's Support Group, hosted by one of the nicest bloggers in the world, Alex J. Cavanaugh. He just might be the most popular, too. Monday's post was all about my Christmas gift, the Dragon Naturally Speaking software. I am still loving it! It has made such a difference in my desire to write. Because that desire has been absent for a very long time.

Talking to Your Computer - Dragon Naturally Speaking
Happy New Year!
My favorite Star Trek is IV - The Voyage Home. In it there's a scene where Scotty tries to talk to the computer, which of course was impossible in 1986.
Not anymore!
One of my Christmas presents was a software program called Dragon Naturally Speaking.
I love this program! Put on the microphone, run through the set up, and you are ready to roll.

Next Book
I am currently at work on my next book, How to Publish & Promote Your Book Now! After years of teaching publishing and promoting seminars, I realized it was time to put this information into book form. Even so, the sheer amount of data I'm now pulling together is monumental! Hope to have it completed by end of summer.

Malls often feature a gift tree with names of needy children attached to the branches. There’s probably a needy family in your church or neighborhood. So many opportunities to give!
