Lost stuff

So here's the deal... Because of the Great Computer Crash of '09, I completely lost all my email files. All email addresses. All my special files of saved emails, which include important stuff like VampList updates, fanmail addresses, research contacts, editors and agents stuff, Nocturne Author website updates, and more stuff that won't be apparent to me until I need it. I'm here!  And I'm on a new computer.  That's right, the darned old one kicked the bucket yesterday.  Oh, it still turns on.  But all heck breaks lose after that.  So I had no choice but to go buy a new one.  There's absolutely nothing wrong with getting a new computer.  I got the 24" iMac.  Man, is this sucker huge.  I keep moving my chair (ball) backward because it intimidates me.  There's just so much screen.  So I'm online, which is great, but that's about it.  I don't have any of my email a

A day early (for a joke) we have right now, down-pillow-sized snow falling rapidly and unceasingly. Ugg! Why does this happen when I've already been eyeing the summer clothes and wondering when I can unpack them? When I've pushed my winter coat to the back of the closet. When I actually BELIEVE the notation on the calendar about it being Spring. Why?
