I’m back, I swear, what’s my name again?

First off, have to apologize to you all, I’ve been slacking this week. Been celebrating my birthday, and well, I have lots of friends. Either way, I hope you all have a great week!

Sunflower Sally

sonshinegreene:

Just a nice little poem. Hope you all like it as much as I did.

Originally posted on zenyogipoet:

Sunflower Sally

Loved brightening our day

She grew so tall

Was lovely and gay

She talked to the blackbirds

She squawked at the crows

She loved to mimic

And put on sunshine shows

Sunshine Sally

They called her with love

She was so stately

Towering above

Amidst all the roses

The tarrow and violets blue

She’d sing her songs

As only a sunflower could do

Then sadly a chill filled the air

She’d lost her once yellow hew

Autumn was coming

She started to flop

Her beautious head

upon the floor did drop

Please don’t be too upset

Sally was never one to fret

Next year her babies in the ground

Shall sow

Mother nature shall make her

Seeds to grow.

Mother of Darkwaters: Book one of the Vessel series by Tony C. Skye

I think this book was very good.  I felt a few emotions though out this book. I love the cover.  Julianna is a good strong character for me.  I can’t wait to see where this series will go from here.  * I received this book from the author in exchange of an honest review*  4/5

The Last Night by Heather Kirchhoff

I felt for Sarah in this book.  I thought it would be nice to date the most popular guy in high school too.  But when tragedy strikes, wow,  what a blow it was.  This book moved me but I loved it.  * I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review*   5/5
