Cruisin’ through books cause books make life worth living with Aly 12/12/2015 part 4

I am Sleepless: Sim 299 by Johan Twiss

I liked this book.  I like the thought of good robots some day.  But I have watched movies about when they go wrong as well.  I think this book was very good.  I enjoyed the world building and the characters were good.   The idea of the Primes was a great one that can build to more books.  I think this book kept me interested and in a way made me think about “I, robot” the movie just a little.  * I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review*  4/5

Cruisin’ through books cause books make life worth living with Aly 12/12/2015 part 3

Red Dot by Eugene Linn

This book was interesting.  I like to imagine nice aliens sometimes. I was a big fan of Voyager! I think this book has an intriguing story line. I enjoyed the characters and I think anything is possible because there is still sooo much about space and the solar system we don’t know. * I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review*  4/5

Cruisin’ through books cause books make life worth living with Aly 12/12/2015 part 1

Jack by Gary Dorion

This book had me thinking of the TV series years ago called “Roots”.  I liked that series. This book was good and I would read more.  There were some moments in the book I giggled a little bit. * I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review*  4/5

Father of Lies by Sarah England

This book was creepy for me in a good way! I love to read horror and watch horror movies.  This book was scary and thrilling and a mystery as well.  I like the writers style of writing so well.  I would read more from this author.  If you like scary, you should check this book out.  * I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review*  4/5

Awe inspiring, the images that leap from people’s heads.

“Keep walking, though there’s no place to get to. Don’t try to see through the distances. That’s not for human beings. Move within, but don’t move the way fear makes you move.” ~ Rumi

Cruisin’ through books cause books make life worth living with Aly 12/10/2015 part 4

Dark Destiny by Thomas Grave

I think this book was great!  There is so much in it.  It kept me reading more.  I am a fan of the TV show Supernatural and this book kind of reminds me of the TV show.  There was so much for me going on in this book I didn’t want to put it down.  I like most books I’ve read about reapers too.  * I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review*   5/5

Five of a Kind by Ceanmohrlass

This book has a great cover, if you ask me.  This cover was eye catching for me.  The story was good.  It reminds me a little of what I think of celebrities in the world today.  They have lots of drama in their personal life too.  This was the same for Cheli.  This book kept me reading to find out more though.  I was captivated.   * I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review*  5/5

q-cave by D.C. Wolf

This book was a good surprise.  I was a little lost in some of the tech stuff but for the most part the book was good.   I like the fact that I was on another planet and I could let my imagination go wild on this topic alone.  I enjoyed the suspense the most I think.  * I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review*  4/5
