The Glass Harmonica: A Julia Franklin crime mystery by Richard Milton
I thought this might be a great book because I used to play the piano and so the cover caught my eye. I think this book was great! I enjoyed the mystery and the concert pianist, and the whole thing. I was not sure what was going to happen next and I was excited to read on and find out. I would read more from this author. * I received this book in a Library Thing giveaway in exchange for an honest review* 4/5

Those of My Kind by Jennifer Loring
This book has some strong female characters. This book took me by surprise in a good way. I was into the characters and they were interesting. The book is a little dark but I enjoyed it very much. I like to find books that aren’t always what I “normally” read. * I received this book from a giveaway on LibraryThing in exchange for an honest review* 4/5

Well I’m not sure I have read much from this author before. I have heard great things about this author though. So I wanted to give this book a try. I was a little let down by this book. Sage has some interesting abilities but I was not caught up in this book as I hoped I would be. Sometimes when you hear a lot about something of someone…..I don’t know maybe I excepted too much from this author. It was just ok for me. * I received this book from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review* 3/5

These books sometimes are hit and miss for me. This book was ok. I was a little lost about some of the story but it didn’t capture me the way I was hoping for through out the book. I really do not like the cover either but just my opinion. * I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review* 3/5
