I really don't know why this took me so long, and I do apologize, but the official Geo-certified versions of the James Potter Series eBooks are now available. You can get them at the website: www.jamespotterseries.com or right here on goodreads via the book pages. Get your copies, read them on your various devices, and get ready for the upcoming "James Potter and the Morrigan Web", due out... sometime. Maybe next spring? We shall see.
And in the meantime, do avail yourself of my newest original novel, "Ruins of Camelot", available everywhere this December 1!

Ruins of Camelot-- Coming Soon!
"In a time of wizards, dragons, werewolves and vampires, she dared to be the most amazing thing of all... herself."

That's the tag line for my newest book, "Ruins of Camelot", and I am perhaps more excited about the release of this story than for anything I have written so far. "Ruins of Camelot" takes the magic of the James Potter books and marries it to the legend of Camelot, asking what might have ended Arthur's great empire, and who was its last hero. My beta readers and editors (whose opinions I trust implicitly) feel that this is the best story I have written so far (and, I might add a bit giddily, I agree with them!)
Curious? Here's the synopsis:
"Eighteen-year-old Princess Gabriella Xavier is the final noble thread in an increasingly dull royal tapestry. As the kingdom of Camelot descends into complacency, an ambitiously sadistic madman known as Merodach advances his rogue armies, recruiting by the sword and threatening revolt... Gabriella is the only one who understands the severity of the threat, but is powerless to convince her father or her brave commoner husband, Darrick. With defeat all but certain, Gabriella sets out on a final, desperate quest. Her plan: to confront and defeat the madman Merodach before his armies can destroy everything she loves. Alone and on foot, she must cross the haunted magical wasteland known as the Tempest Barrens, where she is beset by mutant beasts, capricious magical creatures, and even the walking dead. In the end, wounded and hopeless, Gabriella finally confronts her nemesis and learns his final, horrible secret: he is not alone, and the forces he has allied with are far more powerful than anyone could have imagined."
This is a somewhat dark book, and it deals with some rather serious concepts. It also (almost by accident) offers a very curious explanation of the origin of vampires. Some of these "creatures of the night" play a rather integral role in the climax, and I will forewarn you: these vampires do not sparkle.
The release date is tentatively set for the beginning of December, so keep a sharp eye out! I will be updating my website (www.jamespotterseries.com) with details and excerpts as the release nears. Also, do feel free to pop on to my facebook page to follow along.
But I suspect one of the questions a lot of you are asking is "what does this mean for the James Potter series? Will there be a book four?"
And all I can say to that is "perhaps". I do have book four in my head-- I have actually written 70 or so pages of it. But as you know, I cannot sell the James Potter books. My hopes are that I am able to support myself with the sale of my original stories so that I can continue to write free James Potter stories. Thus, we shall see. But I do hope so. I, for one, want to see what happens next!
