Be You, Everyone Else is Taken

For years I was afraid to do what I wanted to do, to step out and become who I was meant to be. As a child I was domineering and always wanted to be first. I would orchestrate routines, organize group projects and direct my sisters and friends in some of my made up plays we eventually turned into small skits, kids nowadays would call “Vines” but we didn’t have YouTube. These were qualities of a leader; I later learned yet was expressed to me, at an early age, as me being bossy,

Moving Past Failure

Fear of failure stops lot of people from pursing their dreams. I can attest that for years this was a big fear of mine. That is until I learned that failure is inevitable and that it is part of the process of growing and becoming better than what you were. This epiphany did not just come to me out of nowhere; this was actually learned through experience.
