Play It Again, Mallory
Hi Everybody,
The newest Mallory book will be out August 1! I hope you’ll all read Play It Again, Mallory.
When the book opens, Mallory is all excited about the six-week arts electives program at Fern Falls Elementary - until she gets stuck in her last choice class, band. To make matters worse, she is assigned to the tuba, and when she plays, it sounds more like passing gas than music. Everyone else seems to be enjoying music, dance and drama, but Mallory dreads the final showcase that’s coming...

Hi Everybody,
I hope you are all having a super summer. With July 4 just around the corner, I keep thinking about everything red, white and blue! If you’re in the holiday spirit too, I hope you’ll read Red, White and True Blue Mallory. Mallory goes on a class trip to Washington D.C. Coral Reef Elementary, Miami, Florida
One of the best parts of being an author of books for kids is that I get to visit so many great schools and talk to students about two of my favorite topics: reading and writing! Recently, I visited Coral Reef Elementary in Miami and spoke to the third-graders there. What a great group of students who asked awesome questions! Thanks to all of you and to your fabulous media specialist, Ms. Rivas, for making it such a great day!
