Professionalism

 So it’s important to keep shaping advanced mindsets, sharpening relevant skill sets, and reaching to reach the next level of professionalism.

High professionalism is a foundation to bring wisdom in the workplace, which often means a positive atmosphere, growth mindsets, intellectual stimulation, a culture of learning, and open-minded leadership. 

Professionalism, from an ethical perspective, involves the standards, practices, and motivations associated with a profession, emphasizing values like trust, competence, and discretion. Ethics provides a framework for determining what is right and wrong within that professional context.

Organizations should prioritize empirical observation and testing to determine the true value of new ideas.

Innovation involves creating new approaches, whether concrete (like a new product) or abstract (like a new concept). It's key to sustainable development, requiring alternatives to conventional methods and approaches. 

Diversity plays a significant role in innovation by fostering an inclusive workplace where individuals with varied backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives come together. Innovation follows fundamental principles or basic rules, which are adapted depending on the company's situation and ambition. 

Generally speaking, to scale innovation and amplify its effect, innovation management needs to establish clear and shared business goals and set good principles to follow. 

Key aspects of diversity's role in innovation:

Perspective diversity: Exposure to diverse perspectives challenges individuals to question assumptions, seek new information, and consider alternative viewpoints, which is crucial for tackling complex, real-world challenges.

Social cohesion: Diverse workforce can lead to higher levels of social cohesion and personal well-being, as individuals develop empathy and accomplish meaningful works.

Organizational innovation: Organizations with a diverse workforce are more likely to welcome ideas from outside the mainstream, which promotes efficiency, productivity, and innovation.

Inclusion Framework: Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are interconnected. Diversity brings different people to the table. Inclusion encourages them to speak. Equity ensures the table is suitable for everyone, rebuilding it if necessary to ensure everyone can thrive.

How can failures be handled in innovation? Organizations can handle failures in innovation by creating a supportive environment that encourages experimentation and learning from mistakes.

Urge

With every change I take, I’ll embrace the wisdom glowing. This urge can lead me forward. It’s the strength I’ve built so long time ago.

There’s a passion released, 

a whisper echoed around,

A calling that’s unyielding, 

it’s making me feel unusual sometimes.

With every problem-solving, 

There are barriers & obstacles. 

pushing me to break silos,

overcome negative thoughts.

I can’t ignore the hidden clues,

it’s the essence of logic underneath.


Urge to move forward, 

to drive changes with a new perspective. 

To follow where the passion flows, 

no longer could I keep silent.

With every step I’m taking, 

I’m breaking through the silo chains,

This urge is my compass, 

guiding me through the dark time.



Every doubt that held me back is -

fading in hindsight.

I’m ready for the journey, 

to explore far and deep. 

With truth as my guide, 

and world search within my fingertips,

I’ll seize this moment, 

I’ll take my rightful stand.


So let the world keep turning,

Value-Based Innovation

 The purpose of a great innovator is to have the right dose of risk appetite and take alternative ways to solve problems with ethical considerations.

Innovation is the creation of a new way of doing something, whether concrete, such as a new product, or abstract, such as a new philosophy. Innovation plays a key role in the development of sustainable methods of both production and performance. 
Inspiration shapes a high-level view; it involves a bigger perspective and a longer range view. It perceives the future.

 Motivation is often innate, not necessarily learned, whether motivating oneself or others. Ethics is a discipline concerned with what is morally good and bad, and morally right and wrong. The dot connection between those concepts helps to harness progressive changes and advance humanity. 

Inspiration: Humans assemble, arrange, and manipulate incoming sensory information so as to build a dynamic, constantly updated model of the outside world. The survival value of such a model lies in the fact that it functions as a template against which to match new experiences, so as to rapidly identify anything anomalous that has risk concerns.

Motivation: The excitement and satisfaction of pursuing goals motivate individuals to overcome barriers and persist through difficulties. "Flow" Experience Inspiration can lead to a state of "flow," where individuals are fully immersed and involved in their activity, feeling that their abilities enable them to overcome challenges at hand. 

Ethics: Ethics consists of the fundamental issues of practical decision making, and its major concerns include the nature of ultimate value and the standards by which human actions can be judged right or wrong. Normative ethics seeks to set norms or standards for conduct. Ethics guide innovation by ensuring that new developments and practices are morally sound and contribute positively to society. 

Sustainability, a key aspect of ethical innovation, focuses on creating long-term viability for communities and ensuring that current actions do not negatively impact future generations.

Long Run

 With courage as my anthem, I’ll keep sharing my insight. In the long time of suffering, I’ve tried to influence a fairer world.

In the shadows of the night, 

where the little voice feels near & far.

I’ve carried all those burdens

for so long time.

With every tear that’s fallen, 

I’ve learned to stand alone,

In the long time of suffering, 

I’ve carved out my own path to-

make an influence.


It’s a long time of suffering, 

but I’m still holding on to -

the truth and belief

Through the storms and the test, 

I’ve learned to-

understand and being understood.

With every scar I carry, 

there’s a story to be told,

In the long time of suffering, 

I’ve tried my best to-

be persuasive.


Each day’s a new beginning, 

with the dawn comes a slew of light,

I’ve faced the darkest moments, 

but I’m reaching for-

the truth and insight.

With ink flow forward, 

I’ll keep pushing through the limit,

I’ve learned to think deeper about -

this complex world.

True Self

 Authenticity makes people understand themselves better and explore things or activities that interest them, so they get better opportunities to craft skills and build creative strength.

Being authentic means being true to that in every aspect: thinking, saying, and doing to enforce accountability; showing integrity to make sound judgment, think and act consistently to lead change smoothly. 

Culture is a collective mindset and behavior. A strong organizational culture can deeply influence its members, enabling them to make decisions and act consistently with the organization's mission, even in uncertain situations. 

Authenticity in the workplace: Developing authenticity in the workplace involves creating a culture where individuals feel comfortable being their true selves, which in turn can lead to greater engagement, satisfaction, and productivity. Here are several strategies that can help foster authenticity in the workplace. Provide opportunities for employees to reflect on their values, strengths, and areas for growth.
