The digital paradigm shift, we are experiencing at the moment, has new characteristics such as hyper-connectivity and interdependence. Cross geographical or industrial boundaries, people with a diversity of thoughts, characters, cognitive differences, skills, styles, and generations account for the majority of our differences.


The global perspective is important in a more volatile, uncertain, ambiguous, and globally distributed world. Bridging the world of differences can be inspired by several approaches.


Community Engagement: Get involved in community initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion. Volunteering and participating in local events can strengthen community strength and harness innovation.


Cultural Exchange: Engage in cultural exchange programs or activities that promote understanding and appreciation of different cultures. This can include language learning, travel, or participating in cultural festivals.


Storytelling: Share and listen to stories from people of diverse backgrounds. Storytelling can humanize different experiences and foster empathy and connection.


Awareness and education: Educate yourself and others about different cultures, histories, and perspectives. This can help break down stereotypes and build a more inclusive mindset.

 Veracity is an important "V" word to focus on making the data useful and trustworthy.

Change cannot be just another thing that needs to be accomplished, it has to be woven into the communication, process, and action of the company in a systematic way.


There are numerous points of view and reference points of varying stakeholders who all have a different view on "change." They must define the “why and what” the change outputs will look like. Organizations face several common challenges during change:

Is Valley Fair

In the quiet atmosphere, we'd like to ponder deeper; is it a fair valley- we can continue to discover the truth?

Valley extends, valley nourishes;

where the plants grow,

rivers flow;

around the charm cities;

near the lucid lakes;

is it a fair valley, 

that we’re heading toward?


Every move we make,

heavy and light;

the memories lingered, 

evoke the thoughts of all kinds; 

Through the rolling trails, 

where the creatures roam free;

in the center of the deep valley,

our emotion flows with- bitter feels...



The whispers of the wind,

clear our minds;

the chirping insects,

distract us a moment;

in the arms of nature, 

are we able to find our peace;

walk through the valley, 

could our worries cease?




When the moonlight spilled on the ground, 

and the night is solemn and still,

We have to continue the journey, 

with stories unfolded;

feel invisible, sense unusual;

The echoes of the past, 

bounce back and forth, in the rustling flakes..

In the quiet atmosphere, 

we'd like to ponder deeper;

is it a fair valley-

Differentiated professional capabilities refer to the distinct skills and abilities that individuals possess, which set them apart in their professional roles. 
Capability refers to the broader potential or capacity of an individual or organization to perform a range of tasks or functions. It encompasses not only skills but also knowledge, experience, and the ability to apply these effectively in various contexts.

Capability: Capabilities are more about the potential to develop and adapt skills to meet new challenges and opportunities. The recognition of differentiated capabilities among workers has evolved, with industrial psychologists initially focusing on measuring individual skills and aptitudes without considering group dynamics.


Skills: These skills can be categorized into "hard skills" and "soft skills." Hard skills involve specific knowledge and technical abilities unique to particular professions or roles. In contrast, soft skills are nontechnical and non-industry-specific, including interpersonal skills like critical thinking, emotional intelligence, collaboration, and communication. These skills enable individuals to work effectively in groups and organizations and are increasingly valued across various industries for enhancing productivity and teamwork.
