Feel Like

Every moment’s a chance to inspire; with passion and vision, I’ll step into the wisdom light. No more holding back, no more narrow mind; with every story unfolding, feels like the song of my kind.

Woke up at midnight,

listen to the hidden voice echo around;

is there something stirring up,

deep inside;

got a restless spirit,

searching for a sign,

In this tangled consciousness,

let's try to figure out why...

Feel like climbing on the edge of a hilltop,

reach the vision we co-share,

burst at the seams of silence soft;

feel like transcendental sublimes,

where the sky changes its color themes;

bridge the gaps of all sorts;

let the creative momentum grow big enough...

Feel like the negative thoughts are pervasive,

make us feel unreasonable;

perceive hidden pitfalls, and barriers set somewhere;

waste our time and energy, unthoughtfully;

with every heavy step, can I find my own space.

whispers of doubt try to make things unfair;

but we are searching for truth,

continue the journey with great effort...

So here I stand, with my mind open wide,

in this beautiful landscape, I’ll take it in stride.

every moment’s a chance to inspire;

every opportunity is the time to give it another try;

with vision and enthusiasm, I’ll step into the wisdom light.

no more holding back, no more narrow mind;

with every story unfolding, feels like the spectrum of color themes.

Interdisciplinary Understanding of Axiom

 While axioms in mathematics are immutable truths within a logical system, in science they are provisional assumptions subject to change, and in philosophy, they serve as foundational beliefs that support logical reasoning.

The axiomatic method is a logical procedure used to generate an entire system, such as a science, through logical deduction from basic propositions known as axioms or postulates. These axioms are constructed from primitive terms and can be either arbitrarily defined or modeled on intuitively accepted truths.

An axiom, in logic, is an indemonstrable first principle or rule that is generally accepted due to its intrinsic merit or self-evidence.

In scientific theories, axioms often serve as foundational assumptions that guide the development of models and hypotheses. Unlike mathematical axioms, scientific axioms are subject to empirical testing and can be revised based on new evidence. They are used to construct theories that explain and predict natural phenomena, and their validity is determined by their ability to withstand experimental scrutiny. Axioms play a foundational role in scientific theories by serving as basic propositions from which entire systems are logically deduced. They are considered self-evident truths or accepted principles that do not require demonstration. In scientific theories, axioms help establish a framework for deriving further knowledge and understanding

In philosophy, axioms are basic principles or propositions that are accepted as true without controversy. They often underpin philosophical arguments and systems of thought. Philosophical axioms differ from those in mathematics and science in that they are more concerned with logical consistency and coherence within a philosophical framework rather than empirical validation.

While axioms in mathematics are immutable truths within a logical system, in science they are provisional assumptions subject to change, and in philosophy, they serve as foundational beliefs that support logical reasoning.

New Ground

 In the light of our influence, we’ll rise and unravel. with every move we make, we’ll forge our own way, in the inspiration of tomorrow, we'll break through the darkness of the night.

Walk through the memory of the past,
climb up the hill of creative blossoms;

we are ready to break down-

the chain of traditional thoughts,

figure out our way to be creative;

articulate the world with-

construct words;

with every opinion we speak out,

we are shedding old fears,

embrace all the impressive moments,

the frowns, and tears.

We are breaking through the outdated knowledge field,

stepping on the new ground of being innovative;

with the passion in our mind, truth on our side;

we are rewriting the new chapter of humanity's leapfrog.

every vision we share, every common belief we scrutinize further;

we are ready for the journey, we are standing on new ground tall.

The valley’s profound, a canvas yet to be painted up,

With color themes of our inspiration,

we’ll be the architects of humanity's light;

each challenge is a reminder of the strength inside,

in the rhythm of the innovation paradigm,

we’ll let truth guide us through difficult times.

So here’s to the unknown,

to the paths still untraveled,

in the light of our influence, we’ll transcend and unravel.

with every move we make, we’ll forge our own way to shine,

in the inspiration for a better tomorrow,

we'll break through the darkness of the nighttime.

Innovation

Innovations contribute to social change by challenging existing norms and practices, fostering new ways of thinking, and enabling societies to adapt to changing environments and needs.

Innovations lead to social change by introducing new products, practices, or ideas that alter the structure and function of a social system. This process often involves the diffusion of innovations, where these new elements are adopted by members of a society over time.

The adoption of innovations is influenced by factors such as their perceived advantages, compatibility with existing cultural values, and the communication channels through which they are introduced.

An easy-to-deploy innovation process: At the very beginning of the innovation process, people need to know how to contribute when they have a creative idea or open feedback, Make sure the rank and file know that their ideas will be listened to when they come up with them. Without an expectation of a chance to express them, why bother to come up with new ideas? Innovation processes should be designed structurally to implement ideas and realize their value.

Culture of Innovation: Then, culture is just like water, more easily permeating around, the guideline may still come from the top. Creating a culture of creativity is, by nature, a cultural change. Some innovative organizations provide “play time” to encourage creative thinking and experimenting.  As businesses get more cut-throat in the hyper-connected digital environment, innovation has to become the part of DNA of an organization for delivering unique products/services and improving employee engagement and customer satisfaction.

Innovators: Innovators are the ones to generate great value of all kinds. Innovators are among us and within us, spot them via how they think and do things differently. Empower them to build a culture of innovation. Encourage people to be creative, foster a creative environment in which people can unlock their creativity, build creative teams that can bring all sorts of strengths and capabilities together to amplify creativity effect, and run a highly innovative organization.

Innovations contribute to social change by challenging existing norms and practices, fostering new ways of thinking, and enabling societies to adapt to changing environments and needs. This dynamic process is essential for societal evolution and progress, as it encourages continuous improvement and adaptation.

Innovative vs Operational

All those methodologies aim to enhance understanding and rigor in their respective fields.

The terms "analytical" and "operational" can refer to different mindsets, approaches, or methodologies, particularly in philosophy and science. They are often applied in various contexts such as problem-solving, business management, and philosophical reasoning.

Operational: In the context of operationalism, this approach in the philosophy of science involves defining scientific concepts through specific operations of measurement and observation. Operationalism seeks to ensure that scientific propositions are meaningful by tying them to observable and measurable phenomena.

Analytical: This term often relates to analytic philosophy, which emphasizes the study of language and the logical analysis of concepts. It is a dominant approach in philosophy and focuses on clarity, precision, and logical rigor in philosophical problems. Analytical methods are used to dissect and clarify arguments, often applying formal logic and linguistic analysis to explore philosophical issues. This approach involves logical analysis, critical thinking, and the systematic examination of information.

In philosophy, particularly analytic philosophy, it emphasizes the study of language and the logical analysis of concepts, focusing on clarity and precision in addressing philosophical problems. Analytical thinking often involves breaking down complex problems into smaller, more manageable parts to understand them better and make informed decisions.

Innovative: Innovation involves creativity, the introduction of new ideas, and the development of novel solutions. It is about creating value by introducing something new or significantly improving existing products, services, or processes. For instance, value innovation encourages companies to eliminate outdated factors, reduce excess, raise key value-adding factors, and create new offerings to generate fresh demand. Innovation is characterized by thinking outside the box and challenging the status quo to drive progress and change.

While analytical approaches focus on logical reasoning and detailed examination; operationalism seeks to ensure that scientific propositions are meaningful by tying them to observable and measurable phenomena. Innovative approaches emphasize creativity and the development of new ideas to create value and drive change. While analytical approaches focus on logical and linguistic clarity in philosophical discourse, operational approaches emphasize empirical verification and measurement in scientific concepts. An innovative approach involves creativity and novel solutions. All those methodologies aim to enhance understanding and rigor in their respective fields, complementing each other in various fields.

Innovative

Every thought is a seed, planted deep under the ground; in the garden of fresh ideas, innovation blossoms.

In the quiet moments,

when the world feels-

so big and so small;

so far and so near;

we search for inspiration,

that gives us a thrill.

through the lens of wonder,

we’ll explore the unknown,

with every step we take,

we're carving out our own road.

Broaden the horizon,

let the colors blend,

in the depth of fresh insight,

let the journey transcend.

with open minds,  fresh eyes,

we’ll find a way to explore deeper;

in the journey we take to be innovative,

we’ll weave our own story to generate value.

Through the storms and shadows,

we’ll embrace the light,

wach challenge is a lesson,

every struggle, we overcome shadows;

with courage as my compass, we’ll navigate the thorny journey,

in the vastness of the surroundings, we’ll make clear discernment.

Broaden the horizon, let the colors blend,

In the essence of fresh insight, let the journey transcend.

With open spirit and fresh minds, we’ll find a way to grow,

In the tapestry of innovative adventure, we’ll enrich our life experiences.

In the echoes of the voices, we’ll find our way,

with the strength of our spirit, we’ll seize the "aha" moment.

every thought a seed, planted deep under the ground,

in the garden of fresh ideas, innovation blossoms.

Intentionality of GRC

 The intentionality of GRC is about creating a structured and strategic approach to managing governance, risk, and compliance in a way that supports the organization's objectives, enhances resilience, and fosters a culture of accountability and ethical behavior.

Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is a framework that helps organizations align their operations with their strategic objectives, manage risks effectively, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The intentionality of GRC refers to the deliberate and strategic approach organizations take to integrate these components into a cohesive system. Here are the key aspects of the intentionality of GRC:

Strategic Alignment of Governance: Governance involves setting the direction and priorities for the organization. The intentionality here is to ensure that all activities and initiatives align with the organization's overall strategy and objectives.

Accountability and Oversight: Establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes is crucial for effective governance. This ensures that there is accountability at all levels of the organization.

Risk Management: Organizations intentionally identify, assess, and prioritize risks to mitigate potential impacts on operations and objectives. This proactive approach is key to effective risk management. Set risk appetite and tolerance; defining the level of risk the organization is willing to accept is a deliberate decision that guides risk management strategies and actions.

Compliance

-Regulatory Adherence: Compliance involves ensuring that the organization meets all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. The intentionality here is to systematically monitor and adhere to these requirements to avoid legal and financial penalties.

-Ethical Standards: Beyond legal compliance, organizations also focus on maintaining high ethical standards and corporate social responsibility, which is a deliberate choice to enhance reputation and stakeholder trust.

Integration and Coordination: Organizations intentionally strive for continuous improvement in their GRC processes by leveraging technology, data analytics, and feedback mechanisms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The intentional integration of governance, risk management, and compliance functions ensures that these areas do not operate in silos. This holistic approach facilitates better decision-making and resource allocation.

The intentionality of GRC is about creating a structured and strategic approach to managing governance, risk, and compliance in a way that supports the organization's objectives, enhances resilience, and fosters a culture of accountability and ethical behavior.

Quality

Understanding and managing one's thoughts can lead to more deliberate and positive actions.

The quality of thoughts and actions is closely linked to ethical considerations and moral virtues. Ethics plays a crucial role in shaping thoughts and actions by providing a framework for what is considered morally good or right. It helps define the identity of individuals and groups, fostering mutual respect and trust through shared values and behaviors.

Moral virtues are essential in this context as they represent qualities or states of character that manifest in morally good actions and intentions. These virtues are not fleeting emotions but rather persistent patterns of behavior and thought that guide individuals in making ethical decisions.

The quality of thoughts and actions can be seen as a reflection of one's ethical principles and moral virtues, influencing how individuals interact with others and make decisions that align with their values and the expectations of their community.

Can thoughts affect our actions in a significant way? Thoughts can significantly affect our actions. The relationship between thoughts and actions is a fundamental aspect of human psychology and behavior. Here are several ways in which thoughts influence actions:

Decision-Making: Thoughts are central to the decision-making process. They help individuals weigh options, consider potential outcomes, and make choices based on their beliefs, values, and goals. Positive and rational thoughts can lead to constructive decisions, while negative or irrational thoughts may result in harmful actions.

Motivation and Goal Setting: Thoughts about personal goals and desires can motivate individuals to take action. When people think positively about their abilities and the outcomes they wish to achieve, they are more likely to engage in behaviors that move them toward their goals.

Emotional Influence: Thoughts can evoke emotions, which in turn influence actions. For example, thinking about a past success can lead to feelings of confidence and encourage proactive behavior, while dwelling on a failure might result in fear or hesitation.

Self-Perception and Identity: How individuals perceive themselves—shaped by their thoughts—can impact their actions. Those with a positive self-image are more likely to engage in behaviors that reinforce that image, while a negative self-perception may lead to self-sabotaging actions.

Cognitive Behavioral Theory: This psychological framework posits that changing maladaptive thoughts can lead to changes in behavior. By addressing and altering negative thought patterns, individuals can improve their actions and overall mental health.

Thoughts are a powerful determinant of behavior, influencing everything from everyday decisions to long-term life choices. Understanding and managing one's thoughts can lead to more deliberate and positive actions.
