Find Voice

Every setback tells a story, every tear, a lesson learned; in the throngs of our struggles,  brighter ideas break through the stale mindsets, and outdated practices...

In the clear lakes,

we see the reflection of ourselves;

search for truth,

in a crowded space.

lost in the noise,

where shall we go,

what can we do,

who shall we speak with,

to find ourselves,

share our true voice?

On the top hills;

in the deep valleys;

at the oceanfront,

along the river bank,

---

I’ll find myself in-

the quiet and crowded spaces;

in the inspiration of my thoughts;

through the shadows and the silence,

I’ll uncover the hidden clue underneath;

through the thorny journey,

finding strength at the turning point;

through the highs and the lows,

I’ll find myself in -

the inspirational moments,

where the true spirit,

unconventional wisdom glows.

Find ourselves in the local,

find ourselves in the global;

find ourselves in the silence;

find ourselves in the profound wisdom.

in the fast paced modern surrounding,

we're learning to pause,

find our own way to make influences;

every setback tells a story,

every tear, a lesson learned.

in the throngs of our struggles,

 brighter ideas breakthrough-

the stale mindsets,

outdated practices;

observe deeper,

convey inspirational thoughts;

with every step,

we're breaking free,

embracing the light,

inside ourselves...

Variability in Global Society

This perspective helps to preserve cultural traditions and highlight the experiences of diverse groups, fostering a global movement to protect quintessential of diverse cultures.

Variability in global society can be understood through the lens of cultural variability and the emergence of global cultural subgroups. Cultural variability refers to the differences in values, principles, beliefs, attitudes, and ethics that define distinct cultures.

There are several dimensions of cultural variability, including:

-Individualism-Collectivism: The degree to which personal autonomy is prioritized over group welfare.

High-Low Context: The extent to which cultures rely on indirect, nonverbal communication versus explicit, direct communication.

-Power Distance: The acceptance of unequal power distribution within a society.

-Uncertainty Avoidance: The tolerance for uncertainty and ambiguity.

-Monochronic-Polychronic Time Orientation: The emphasis on strict schedules versus the prioritization of human relationships over punctuality.

In addition to these cultural dimensions, global society is also characterized by the formation of cultural subgroups that transcend geographical boundaries. Some individuals form groups with shared values and lifestyles, creating a rudimentary version of world culture. Another subgroup, known as "cosmopolitans," appreciates inclusive cultures and promotes global diversity rather than uniformity. This perspective helps to preserve cultural traditions and highlight the experiences of diverse groups, fostering a global movement to protect great cultures.

Strategic Understanding

Strategic understanding emphasizes leadership, innovation, and risk management; it involves making tough decisions with limited information and ambiguous metrics.

Strategic Management focuses on long-term vision and goals, often planning years ahead. Strategic Management is concerned with "what" and "why" - setting overall direction and objectives; dealing with the big picture issues and adapting to changing market dynamics. Common challenges faced during the strategic management process include:

Complexity of Stakeholder Management: Managing the diverse and often conflicting interests of stakeholders can be challenging. Organizations must identify, analyze, and prioritize stakeholder demands, which can be dynamic and complex. This complexity can make it difficult to meet all stakeholder expectations and can lead to conflicts.

Agile to Change: The external environment in which organizations operate is often turbulent and subject to rapid changes. Strategic management must be flexible enough to adapt to these changes, which requires continuous monitoring and the ability to alter strategies as needed.

Resource Allocation: Strategic planning involves making difficult decisions about where to allocate limited resources. Prioritizing certain objectives over others can be challenging, especially when resources are constrained and multiple areas compete for attention.

Leadership and Culture: Effective strategic management requires committed leadership and a supportive organizational culture. Leaders must be able to guide the organization through the strategic planning process and foster a culture that embraces change and innovation.

Communication and Participation: Ensuring that all organizational members understand and are aligned with the strategic goals is crucial. This requires effective communication and participation in the planning process, which can be difficult to achieve, especially in large or complex organizations.

Strategic Management Emphasizes leadership, innovation, and risk management; it involves making tough decisions with limited information and ambiguous metrics; it aligns actions with core mission and values. These challenges highlight the need for a structured and agile approach to strategic management, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, resource prioritization, and effective leadership.

Fair Ground

With every initiative we take,  we’ll stand our ground, in this beautiful world,  let truth resound, talent shines up…

In a world mixed with -

shadow & darkness,

we’re searching for-

brighter surroundings.

where every great idea can-

flow and be realized;

every great creature has-

a place to stand;

on fair ground,

mind connects to the mind,

hand in hand,

together, we can get things done...

Fairground, fairground,

where vision inspires,

talent aligns;

a space for trust, truth, fairness,

where influence abides.

Together we complement -

each other's strengths,

break through -

the chain of conventional wisdom;

on fair ground,

we’ll compete and collaborate,

criticize and recognize each other,

 at the same time.

In the whispers of the idea sharing,

We’ll find strength in the light.

With every voice,

we’ll lift the sound,

Creating a world on fair ground.

No more shadows, no more fear,

In this world of differences,

we’re all near enough.

With an open mindset,

we’ll break the mold,

On fair ground,

our stories unfold.

So let’s build a place where -

we all belong,

on fair ground,

we’ll sing our own song;

with every creative initiative we take,

we’ll stand our ground,

in this beautiful world,

let truth resound,

talent shines up.

Reticent

In the echoes of doubt, we’re finding our true voice, conveying our thoughts to touch all over the world..

In a crowded street,

people chat around,

voice mixed with noise,

made us confused;

let's keep reticent,

observing people come and go;

watch from the sidelines,

ponder about -

where they were moving toward.

Reticent, reticent,

we're standing solid,

try to move fast enough

But being misunderstood & misjudged holds us back,

making us feel tearful;

people look differently,

think differently,

say things differently,

take the different paths to -

move around,

but why do they become-

barriers to our progressive world?

Reticent reticent,

we lost in the silence,

try to let our quiet mind glow,

our thoughts flow;

Behind these silo walls,

there’s so much to think about,

so many things we need to do,

in order to -

make high achievements,

accelerate the innovation paradigm shift

In the shadows,

we feel the spark to -

share my insight,

yearning to speak,

to light up the dark.

but every time we try,

the words just feel not all right,

perhaps because -

people are different types;

but we still hold on to-

our beliefs,

in the echoes of truth,

we’re finding our true voice,

convey our thoughts to-

touch all over the world...

Requisite in strategy

These elements collectively contribute to a robust strategic management process, enabling organizations to navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities effectively.

Given the “VUCA” normality of the digital business and the challenges of ever-evolving dynamic ecosystems, business strategies today are usually dynamic and have a lot of moving parts.

In strategic management, several requisites are essential for effectively guiding an organization towards its goals. These include:

Strategic Planning: This involves defining the organization's purpose, setting realistic goals and objectives, and aligning them with the organization's mission. Strategic planning helps focus resources on key priorities and provides a framework for measuring progress and adapting to change when necessary. It requires committed leadership, a supportive culture, and a structured process for implementation.

SWOT Analysis: This tool helps organizations understand their competitive environment by analyzing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. It is widely used to inform strategic decisions and assess a company's potential for growth or decline.

Stakeholder Management: Effective strategic management requires understanding and managing the diverse and often conflicting interests of stakeholders. This involves identifying and analyzing stakeholders' influence and integrating their interests into the strategic planning process. Stakeholder management is crucial for corporate governance and helps navigate complex environments.

Agility and Continuous Improvement: Organizations must be prepared to adapt their strategies in response to changes in the external environment. This involves continuously reviewing and adjusting strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals and the changing landscape.

Clear Vision and Mission: A clear vision and mission provide direction and purpose, ensuring that all organizational efforts are aligned toward common goals. This clarity is fundamental for achieving organizational effectiveness.

Strategies need to be first and foremost long-term, descriptive, but prescriptive as well. To strengthen the enablers of the strategy, enhance links to business strategy alignment, scenario planning, program and project life cycle management, requirements management, risk management, resource management, etc. These elements collectively contribute to a robust strategic management process, enabling organizations to navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities effectively.

Innovativeness

Being innovative is a state of mind that needs to be refreshed to generate fresh ideas and unique insight.

Many still think that creativity or being innovative is serendipitous. In fact, being innovative is a growth mindset. You cannot wait for something to happen, keep curious, always think profoundly, learn new things, and acquire new capabilities.

Being innovative involves a combination of traits and attitudes that enable individuals to create new ideas, products, or methods. Here are some key traits associated with being innovative:

Intellectual Curiosity: Innovators are often driven by a desire to explore and understand the world around them. This curiosity leads them to ask questions, seek new information, and challenge existing assumptions.

Connecting unusual dots: Being open to new ideas and willing to consider different perspectives is crucial for innovation. This trait allows individuals to embrace change and adapt to new situations. The ability to think outside the box and generate novel ideas is fundamental to innovation. Creative individuals can see connections between seemingly unrelated concepts and envision new possibilities.

Focus on Value: Innovators aim to create solutions that provide value, whether through improved efficiency, cost reduction, or enhanced user experience. They prioritize features that offer unique benefits to customers or users.

Cross-Boundary Collaboration: Innovation often involves working with others to combine diverse skills and knowledge. Collaborative individuals can effectively communicate and work in teams to achieve common objectives.

Flexibility: The ability to adapt and modify ideas in response to feedback or changing circumstances is important for innovation. Flexible thinkers can adjust their approaches to better fit the needs of the situation.

Risk-taking: Innovators are willing to take calculated risks to pursue new ideas. They understand that failure is a possibility but see it as an opportunity to learn and improve.

Persistence: The path to innovation can be challenging, requiring perseverance and resilience. Innovators are determined to overcome obstacles and continue working towards their goals despite setbacks.

Human thoughts are characterized by expansion in multiple directions, rather than in one direction, and based on the concept that there are multiple starting points from which one can apply creative logic to design or problem-solving. Being innovative is a state of mind that needs to be refreshed to generate fresh ideas and unique insight.

Solutionary

Understanding these aspects helps individuals and organizations improve their problem-solving skills.

Problems become more complex than ever, and cognitive ability plays a crucial role in understanding and enhancing problem-solving abilities. It involves various cognitive processes and strategies that individuals use to identify, define, and solve problems.

Here are some key aspects of psychology and methodology in problem-solving:

Types of Thinking: Problem-solving involves two main types of thinking: divergent and convergent. Divergent thinking is about generating a wide range of possible solutions, while convergent thinking focuses on narrowing down these possibilities to find the best solution. Both types require critical thinking, which involves deliberate reasoning and impartial scrutiny of information.

Problem Types: Psychologists distinguish between well-structured and ill-structured problems. Well-structured problems have clear solution paths, like many mathematical problems, whereas ill-structured problems lack clear paths and often require insight and creativity to solve, such as achieving lasting peace between countries.

Problem-Solving Steps in a structural way: Problem-solving involves several steps: problem identification, problem definition, resource allocation, problem representation, strategy construction, monitoring, and evaluation. These steps illustrate how problem-solving can be a cyclical process, where the solution to one problem may lead to another.

Algorithms and Heuristics: Problem-solving strategies include algorithms and heuristics. Algorithms are step-by-step procedures guaranteed to produce a solution, though they can be time-consuming. Heuristics are informal, intuitive strategies that may not always lead to a solution but can be more efficient. Common heuristics include means-ends analysis, working forward, working backward, and generate-and-test.

Things are complex, people are complex, businesses are complex, and the world as a whole is complex as well. Understanding these aspects helps individuals and organizations improve their problem-solving skills by applying appropriate strategies and recognizing the nature of the problems they face.

Positive vs. Negative Intent

Changes could be mandatory, but digital transformation should get going in a more natural way with a steadfast pace, in order to really build a living organic organization.

Digital transformation starts with the realization that where you are currently no longer can deliver the business objective and vision of success for your company and your shareholders, especially for the long term. And it is important to scrutinize your digital intent as the first step.

The comparison of positive intent and negative intent relates to how we interpret the actions and motivations of others. These interpretations can significantly impact interpersonal relationships and communication.

Positive Intent: Positive intent involves assuming that others' actions are driven by good intentions, even if the outcome is not favorable. This perspective encourages understanding and empathy, allowing individuals to give others the benefit of the doubt. Applying positive intent can strengthen relationships by reducing negative emotions and preventing hasty judgments.

Negative Intent: Negative intent, on the other hand, involves assuming that others' actions are motivated by malice or harmful intentions. This perspective can lead to misunderstandings and conflicts, as it often results in attributing blame and fostering distrust. Negative intent is often influenced by cognitive biases, such as the fundamental attribution error, where people overemphasize personal traits and ignore situational factors when interpreting others' actions.

Changes could be mandatory, but digital transformation should get going in a more natural way with a steadfast pace, in order to really build a living organic organization. Adopting a mindset of positive intent can help mitigate biases and improve communication by fostering a more empathetic and understanding approach to interpreting others' behaviors.

Law of Realm

So let’s appreciate the beautiful world we share, together, in our differences, we find the sameness; in the similarity, we discern cognitive differences…

Our global world has- its own rhyme and themes;from the stories of ancient to-the science we seek,

in every listen,

in every tell.

philosophy weaves through-

the fabric of thoughts and minds,

art and science,

an interwoven thread strings up-

humanity for quite a long time..

keep creative energy flow,

frame or framelessly...

The intricacy of humanity,

in every culture, in every community.

from the canvas, we paint with passion to-

the laws we established,

we’re stories woven by human intelligence,

emotional ebulliences;

in the flow of our thoughts,

and the courage embraces,

we find the universal truth in -

this intricate space.

Psychology’s sensitivity,

dig into our frustration & resilience,

Sociology’s lens, through frowns and tears;

cultural views, through traditions and customs;

Technology’s pulses shape our way to-

think, live, and work with-

personal traits and habits,

In the digital age,

we all left our own footprint somehow, somewhere...

Anthropology’s gaze, uncovering the past,

economics of need, in shadows we cast.

with every exploration, every discovery,

we learn and we inquire;

we experiment and we try;

we grasp, and we let it flow;

we are confused,

and then we find ourselves,

through the fumbling around,

through the refinement,

we grow into the talent of our kind...

So let’s appreciate the abundant world,

we share, together,

In our differences, we find the sameness;

in the similarity, we discern cognitive differences;

For in the intricacy of our stories and tales;

Humanity’s spirit touches us all.

the law of the realm continues to-

frame nature and all of us...
