Same or Not

In the crowd, we blend, but we stand apart, with different thoughts tidying up...

We walk in the same place,

under the same sky;

but in our minds,

there are thoughts of different types,

woven in different rhythms...

You wear a grin,

I have a frown,

two different stories,

at the same time...

Same and different,

like day and night,

two sides of a coin,

top-down or bottom-up,

can we see through them, in the light?

In the crowd, we blend,

when standing apart,

we have different thoughts

tidying up...

So take seriously those decision moments,

the choices we make,

the paths, we take,

embrace our journeys,

by taking different trajectories to

grow ourselves;

explore our own way to move forward,

In this diverse and dynamic world,

we’re so same and different.

Bitterness

With a mind always open, we have to move forward from the past, let the truth shine through, keep our innovative spirit free...

Bitter, bitter,

more than the coffee I tasted,

the tea I sipped;

in the shadows of the mind,

where the little voice echoes around,

felt a bit confused,

as mind chats happen,

 in the digital time;

bitterness, bitterness,

you’re a weight we can’t deny,

A bitter taste that lingers,

like those ineffable stories,

making us cry...

See reflections of the inner self,

 that get lost sometimes;

the whispers of the past cling like-

 a bitter memory;

every talk feels forced,

every conversation feels odd,

bitterness, bitterness,

in the silence,

you make the air too heavy...

Bitterness, bitterness,

it's time to refresh our taste;

to find a way to heal,

ponder about wisdom.

So here’s to the moments,

the lessons we've learned;

in the journey of healing,

we’ll find what we sought.

with a mind always open,

we have to move forward from the past,

let the truth shine through,

keep our innovative spirit free...

Innate & Built

 While innate talent provides a foundation for performance, developed professional capability through personalized training and intellectual engagement allows performers to refine and expand their skills, leading to a more profound and versatile talent development and improvement.

Talent is both natural and nurtured. Innate talent refers to the natural ability or intuition that allows people to do the "right" thing intuitively without explicit instruction. This intuitive capability can lead to imaginative and fresh solutions to certain problems, resulting in high-performance results.

On the other hand, developed professional capability involves the intellectual pursuit of expanding one's instincts through acquiring new information, reflection, and analysis. This methodical approach includes learning, understanding, training, experiencing, evaluating performance, analyzing scores, and exploring various sources of insight. By combining intuition with intellect, talented people can enhance their professional capabilities, discovering new talent and nurturing it into differentiated professional capabilities.

While innate talent can provide a head start, professional capability can be developed through systematic training, practice, and the right support systems. The presence of master teachers and personalized learning can significantly enhance an individual's skills, even if they do not possess extraordinary natural abilities. Additionally, motivation, perseverance, and a supportive environment play crucial roles in developing expertise.

While innate talent can facilitate the development of professional capability, it is not an absolute requirement. With dedication, appropriate training, and support, individuals can achieve high levels of professional skills to solve certain problems. Thus, while innate talent provides a foundation for performance, developed professional capability through personalized training and intellectual engagement allows performers to refine and expand their skills, leading to a more profound and versatile talent development and improvement.

Real World Real

in this real world real, we’ll make our way, take the journey of life, continue to explore the world, no matter how far....

In the neo lights,

 where people hang around,

the voice mixed with noise,

nowhere to hide.

stepping into the crowd,

stories untold,

searching for-

a spark in the ideas bold.

In this real-world real,

things twist around,

truth gets distorted sometimes,

on the journey of -

understandings & being misunderstood,

we ponder deeper enough,

see beyond obvious,

connecting invisible threads,

to figure out the root causes;

in the sunlight, in the raindrops,

Through the frowns and the tears,

nature has its own character and charms,

watching us through emotional turmoils..

In the real world real,

are we able to seize the truth of life,

fighting for fairness?

Real world real,

When the shadows loom,

and the night feels long,

real tales, virtual chats,

we’ll find the light to -

switch on the wisdom,

carry on the substance of -

life experience,

through the ups and downs,

the twists and turns;

let our mind think deep enough,

courage grows to overcome fears;

hold onto to the beliefs,

like a guiding star;

in this real world real,

we’ll pave our own way,

continue to explore the world,

no matter how far we could go…
