Tuesday Writing Tips!

Hello everyone!

I hope your June is starting off with a bang. I’m going to be posting a writing or creativity tip every Tuesday. If you’re a writer (or a reader who’s interested in the writing process), I hope you’ll check out the posts, and feel free to add your own insights and comments.

Here’s this week’s writing tip:

The mental battle, No. 1: It’s very easy to get caught up in the frenzy of technique, super plotting, researching, industry buzz, promotion, online sites, and so many other things, that sometimes we forget the bottom line is the basic writing. First and foremost you are a writer. The most important thing you can do to develop your ability is to write.

First news for 2014

Hello everyone,

Happy New Year! I hope your holidays were wonderful and that you have a happy, healthy, and prosperous 2014.

Some news I want to share:

Touched by Darkness is free until January 8, on Amazon and Barnes & Noble, as well as other sites. If you haven’t read it yet, now’s your chance!

On January 24th, Shielder, the first book in the Shielder series will be available. These are science fiction romances that have won numerous awards, and I can’t wait to get all five of them online.
