Words on Wednesday: And The Skies Fell #2
(I've decided to crosspost here as well. Apologizes to those who see them more than once.)
It's Wednesday, which means it's free fiction day on the blog.
Which means I don't have to be witty today, right? This is a good thing. I am short on wit and will be making a run to the market shortly, but for now, I'll let my writing stand in for me.
I have been busily creating with other parts of my brain (I run a fiber-dyeing business, too, over here, and I am spinning up something I dyed for the first time ever. It's a good exercise. Sort of like re-reading old manuscripts and seeing just how far you've come.
The Dragon Undone is winding down, though there are still 11 days left to pledge at this point. We're still aiming for the $1K mark, which is only 1/3 of funded, but it's a milestone I'd like to see. If we don't make it this time, I'll be rethinking and repackaging and giving it another shot later this year. I'm thinking of June.
But I haven't given up yet. :)

Still kicking!
Hey there!
You may remember me. (Or maybe you don't. That's okay too!)
I have many pseudonyms, but obviously one of them is/was Sara Dennis.
Sara, sadly, is no longer writing new stories. Her time has come and gone and like all good things, must come to an end.
The author behind the name, however, is still alive and kicking. And most importantly, writing!
I am revising The Dragon Undone, which was a fantasy romance published back in the day. I'm giving it a new feel, a new look, some additional content and a new life.
And I'm doing it all through Kickstarter, a crowdfunding website you may have heard about. You can check out my project here, but stop a while and look around at all the other great stuff on that site too.
I'm really excited to be back in the game!

Oof!
Hey, check it out. Goodreads blogs. Well well well, how convenient.
So, hello out there to anyone who happens to stumble across mine. It has been a long, long time since I updated anything here, for which I am heartily sorry. I got a job, y'see, and since I hadn't had one for years (notably ten or so) and it's in retail (for the last 7 months), I'm really bad at balancing my time.
But I am still here. And I'm here to say that I've read a lot more books than I've reported and I should really fix that. Perhaps I'll do that today.
And I'll try to keep up. :)
