Updates: new cover to share, web updates, and a new print edition

Lots of fun writerly news to share this week! First up, INESCAPABLE is now available in print as well as ebook.

Torrid, intense, passionate – a ménage à trois that is truly inescapable.
When Lily Howard agrees to meet the man she is having a powerfully erotic online affair with, she subsequently walks into a crime scene. Sexy police officer Seth Jones takes her into witness protection together with her online lover, Adrian Walsh, a man with crucial evidence for a court case.

Deep in the heart ...

Catch up, and a new review for RAMPANT!

Hey folks, I'm back at the desk! Well, I am for a week, and then it's time for a proper holiday break, ie heading off for a few days in Scotland with Loverboy. Can't wait! In between I've got seven days to make some rather large strides with my current work in progress, and clear a bunch of admin stuff off my desk too. It's going to be busy!

I'm still hoping to hear back from two of the NAUGHTY BITS winners, so scan down a couple of posts to check if your name is there if you haven't already d...

Brief update (away from desk)

Hey folks, I'll be away from the desk for the rest of this week on family business. I should be back posting here at the weekend.

I thought this would be a good point in time to pause and look at where I've got to with the work in progress—The Harlot, my 2nd Spice novel (due out in July 2011.) I'm at around 25% done. I'd hoped to be a good third by now, but a nasty virus tripped up my progress late in January (and then there was that short story that simply had to be written ;-) Nevertheless, ...

RAMPANT cover flats arrive!

I had the most wonderful surprise yesterday when the postman delivered 5 cover flats for RAMPANT! I've only ever had cover flats from one publisher - Black Lace. I'd forgotten that Harlequin sent them out to, and it was a real treat to see it for real.

The scan doesn't quite do it justice, but you can click on the image to get a larger version. The back and front cover are matt with gloss on the lettering, and the spine is all glossy.

FAST GIRLS - sales news!

It's crazy busy here as I get ready to be away from the desk for a few days, but I wanted to share my news about a new short story sale. I'm delighted that my story "Communal" will be included in Fast Girls: Erotica for Women, edited by Rachel Kramer Bussel. This collection is scheduled to be published by Cleis Press on July 1st. Steamy summer reading!

"Fast girls don't mind being the girl everyone is talking about, as long as all eyes are focused their way. They are wanton, daring, shameless...

4 stars for RAMPANT from Manic Readers!

Wahay! Another review for RAMPANT, and some lovely comments from Manic Readers!

"Rampant is suspenseful, sexy and exciting. Ghosts, witches, white magic vs. dark magic and true love combine to make a page turner that's hard to put down. Zoe and Gray are as opposite as you can get, yet they fit together like puzzle pieces. Annabel needs her story to be told and Zoe is the conduit she requires to do so. Are Annabel's visions showing a way for Zoe and Gray to beat the present day malevolence...

Excerpt from one of my most popular short reads...

I was posting this excerpt elsewhere so thought I'd post it here too. THE RIGHT MEN FOR THE JOB is a short ménage à trois novella and it was published last year. It's been my most popular story of that length (stories that fall between 10-15,000 words -- long shorts, or short novellas, take your pick. :)

SUMMARY: They both want to service her every need...

Car mechanics, Deacon and Vico, have been lusting after sultry Astrid Jacobs who works in a nearby office. When Astrid walks into their w...

An exclusive advance excerpt from RAMPANT is being featured over at The Erotic Woman website! Click on the image below to go read it!

The moment she arrives at her rented vacation cottage nestled in Scotland, Zoë Daniels feels it--an arousal so powerful she's compelled to surrender to the unusually forceful carnal desires...
