Angel Guidance - Love And Be Loved

We are all here for a reason. To love and be loved. To acknowledge and know thyself as thyself on this earthly plane - for it is in honor and integrity that you remain one with God. This is gratitude. Knowing who you are when you are and acknowledge it for what it is worth.Do so today, and every day. Feel the freedom from within guide you and direct you to your next steps in love.

Angel Guidance - The Truth You Seek

The truth you seek has always been found in your heart of hearts - it is open to knowledge and freedom from "within." Use this guidance now to acknowledge your well-being. For it is in well-being that all is known and you are "present." When present, you are in balance and harmony with the natural flow of nature and the universe. This is Love. This is the Known. This is the Now. Thank you.

Angel Guidance - Hope, Love, Attraction

The element that provides love on all levels is hope. To know and be known as an individual worthy of love. It is in knowing, that one is in believing. For to believe is an action of "that granted." While knowing is an action of that doth doing. Hope therefore resides in the thought that it is given and thus provides light upon a day. A day that may have otherwise been down. Down as in bad, not healthy. For it is in health that one will find wealth. And therefore Love from within.
The presence of a situation lacks conviction if one is not understanding why it exists.Therefore it is important to guide and be guided of the self. The self is an avenue through which one travels on a daily basis. This is how one also communities with God.
God is, therefore you are.
This is the law of attraction.
Knowing who you are when you are is an act of God. Being of the self as the self was meant to be - wholesome and pure of heart.If the mind is there, but the heart isn't - this is not law of attraction - this is confusion only.
Within the heart, one finds solace. That is why the law of attraction does not "work" for all. It is always, always, always of the heart that one gives life.
Owning your heart of hearts - knowing is not believing - believing is not knowing - one must come to understand both and own that which is (present) to begin a semblance of God's force and control the outcome through right thinking to subscribe to the law of attraction now. This is given to you to distribute among others, that is our "quote" for the day. Thank you.

Angel Guidance - Self-Awareness and Good Health

Knowing who you are when you are takes diligent practice at being self-aware. It is through self-awareness that one truly lives within.
Within is a state of acknowledgement that God's love precedes all. It is in "knowing" this that one receives God's grace - love on all levels in body, mind, and spirit - which is well-being.

Catherine's writings show this on a consistent basis if you but read of them. For she knows of mind-body awareness and can thus access spirit from within. All are privy to this line of "thought" if they are but aware. She does so willingly, as she has chosen this path. I, her guardian angel, speak now - for angels above before - and they now speak again.

Self-awareness is the epitome of good health. it is what God's way provides to you, for in good health one provides balance between the body, mind, and spirit. It is the start of goodness from within that proceeds to without.

Good, practiced, mental health and attitudes leads to good health outside of self. This is where one begins. The body consists of mind - through the development of self-awareness one sees the connection of the two. We angels guide and protect you from harm. You, as humans, must choose to accept it. This is your free will - and when in good health, your will is strong. You do hear that which is "now." And you do hear that which is "not now" (then/future). This, the latter, is how one guides themselves. This is the point of self-awareness. To know and acknowledge the self as the self in all its splendor - knowing who you are when you are is good practice for growth from within. That knowing/seeing self that allows for you to decide, without our help. This is self-awareness in practice. This grows your mind. Mind growth is imperative to good health.

Good health yields many results for mankind:

Inner connectivity between body, mind, and spiritIntuitive relations with angels and spiritsGod's grace - loveKnowing, in a sense, why you are when you are, which essentially is the creation of time. Meaning you create for yourself, not for the benefit of othersGiving of yourself to yourself that which you need, self-loveBeing honest - for honesty begets honesty which is an attraction for a life well spent in honor and integrity (good will)Knowing there is a place in time for you to exist as yourself, and owning (the fact that you have) impact on that which surrounds you - for you are connected to all beings, places, and thingsKnowing thyself, and being thyself truly depends upon your true nature from within - that which is present. Acknowledging this element of time provides you solace. This is how one achieves the awareness of divine entanglement. For in this nature, one is with God's will - that of mankind - that of existence from within one's mind - the holy spirit - that of earth. For in earth one resides at will not for will. It is in knowing and acknowledging this aspect of "life" that one will exceed expectations - thus creating them, not making them. Meaning reacting to a circumstance unknown. For it is within each other's heart's that the development of a true nature begins and ends. The heart doth beat so that the mind doth grow - growing is knowing. And knowing is loving, and loving is an act of "God." That will for mankind to honor themselves as they are in body, mind, and spirit.

Guardian Angels - The Law of Give and Take

The Earth moves as you move.
When you stay stagnant  - not happy - the Earth does not move.
Given this thought of so, it is life that needs movement. As such, give your body movement. Give your body care. This is part of the Earth. The more you move, the more the Earth "lives." Body moves.

This gives a little "glimpse" into the "future" that you (humankind) created, for if you move - the Earth moves with you. This gives life. This is life. After it, there is another life that proceeds yours to a better, more appealing means, for your body to adjust to -

For when moving in alignment with Earth, you are at ease, and flowing in love. The understanding is thus - each being is a person, place, or thing. And in so doing "movement" they place a marker on the Earth. The marker - being unique to the person - gives movement of matter through the time. The time is love - for moving intentionally through love is a matter of time. Meaning Your movement is time. Time is love. For you - this gives precedence - this gives matter the opportunity (for lack of a better word) to understand what you need.

This is the law of give and take.

Giving what you desire - allows the Earth to retrieve it for you.

If you do not "know" what you want - then the Earth does not move.
Movement is key to survival. Else nothing happens - and that is why we write to Catherine now. The Earth is failing at moving.

The Earth is in jeopardy of crashing again into matter at hand. Matter at hand = Now. It is more comprehensible if you know of it/now. Meaning those who are aware of matter get this analogy of time. For time exists for no one when they are not looking/feeling/doing at the second it exists.

This is an inquiry to life when one supposes it is real for them. For the gift of God is clear - no one gives back what they can not receive. Meaning all in due time does one give back to what one has created. All in all, you create what you receive. This is movement. The kind that is required to live at the level one expects to live. At the level on intentions to live. Not the one that gives to live at any other means, as in why make what you do not want. Why give what you do not want to receive.

We know this is "long" and "lengthy" but the truth must be written for others to see. As it is in ones habitat to change how they feel, and change the way they move. It is awareness. And we write to have you be aware.

Angel Guidance - The Power Within You

You are the power within you which is that of God. For it is within God's way to not harm you, nor leave you without much love. It is always, always, always within. To find that which is not yet created, look within. Each day you are alive, you are creating. each day you are creating, you are alive.
The truth of the matter is clear, you are knowledge. and within this knowledge is that of presence. Presence is the ability to use and reuse that which you already know - this is how God intended it for you. God 's presence within, the love and acknowledgement of power that God shares with you is a gift. Use this gift daily for your own needs, that of love for self. And so too share this love with others. That is a Good day. So be it.

Angel Guidance - Breathing In Your Life

Many times, a person may not be aware of their potential. it is our kind to help achieve that goal, or statement they wish to fulfill on a daily basis. It is within their minds, yet not within their reach. It is our intention to help them achieve this status at hand.

All people, places, and things have purpose. and it is up to you, who are reading, to understand your own purpose for you, not the other way around. You were born ready and knowing, and as such, you may achieve glory for you in body, mind, and spirit just by believing in yourself at your highest potential for living, breathe. Allowing yourself this need, gives way to increase inherently that which is (present). Breathing is a gift of God in the sense that it is automatic to your body to want to breathe as a sign of life. So as life exists, you too must exist within awareness of yourself - knowing who you are, when you are. By concentration on your breathing you are better able to understand the need for it, thus use it at will to accept change. You may also use it to create the change you desire. Slow smooth breathing yields success. Fast increasing breathing yields desire. All in all, breathing is a tool to the desire for which you intend. Know this and place it to good use for you today and every day. It is of life, and you are of life - the life you choose to create. So be it.

Angel Guidance - Love From Within

All that you see and all that you do become you. It is the gift of knowledge bestowed upon you through birth. It is but a cycle of giving and receiving love. All things begin and end with love. One must first know how to give of themselves before they may receive. And in giving of themselves to themselves, they build upon more of their love from within. This in turn may be then given to others.
As you do this more often, it becomes second nature to you. As in rote manner, not intentional. At first birth, this is a natural state of affairs for you, but in time it can drift into other areas of your life. This is why at times you may feel imbalance. At first thought, give love to yourself so that you may feel the wonder of the world again at your fingertips. For it is indeed there waiting and ready for you to be a part of once more. It is always near to you. It is always ready for you to receive, so let go and let God be near you always. Open up your heart. for God is always present. and you are always able to acknowledge this love too.

Angel Guidance - You Are Now

Now is of this time in which you were thus born. It is when you are most complete in body, mind, and that of spirit. You are now in that same moment of time, that which is (present).
Because of this, you have much to offer Nature if you but let it happen. Meaning, take instinct into fact. You are Now. This means too that you are presently seeking the future acts of your own creation by just "being" you.
Not all of you is coherent. There are those forces within you working to achieve the next best thing.  The next "right" move meant for you. This is Love on all levels in body, mind, and spirit, and it is that which is most pure and most complete. It is always within you. It is.

This reading is meant to enlighten your soul, not your mind. It is meant as a gift of knowledge for you and only you - the person reading. For it is of you that found this. and it is of you that now needs this forevermore within your mind. Thank you.
