DMBSTRCK update
Well, Dark Sky Books is no longer. This is a great loss to the indie lit community and to publishing. I'm bummed because they were doing such great work. Everyone loved them, both their books and magazine (journal).
Admittedly, I pulled DMBSTRCK from Dark Sky about a month before I heard they folded. I got the feeling something was up when communications were spotty. But the main reason why I pulled the book was I felt it just wasn't good enough. I think it was a project I needed to writ...

I've been playing around with ideas for the name of this new self-publishing whatever that I'll have to start once So Say the Waiters goes live. This might make the cut. Another possible name included Headless Books, but I've got enough head references already brewing. We'll see.

So Say the Waiters update / basically writing a TV show
Okay, so here's what's going on. The first draft of the first 200 page book is finished. It's being proofed now. I was calling the three parts actual separate books, but now the parts (episodes) will be included in one book. I hope to post those parts and the full book in late September or early October.
