Do you (or your publisher) have any plans to put your old books on kindle? Those books are out of print and the prices on the internet are not very good for used copies :(
Jane Goodger I would love to have all my older books on Kindle and I am working toward that. First up will be When There Is Hope. I'll be putting that information on my website, www.janegoodger.com when I have an announcement. Thanks for asking!

How come at the end of When There Is Hope, Carter wasn't in the portrait? Oh and I LOVED the book. Such genius!
Jane Goodger To be honest, it never occurred to me to include Carter in the picture. I wrote that book a long time ago and I remember that the heroine was my total focus. Great question, though! And thank you for the very nice compliment.

I love your style of writing. Very much enjoyed your novels, in fact, I have some as my favorites. Any chance you will put some of your work in audio? (I love audiobooks!)

Thanks for the nice compliment! Whether my books are available in audio is really up to my publisher and, unfortunately, at this time Kensington has no plans to put my books in audio. Sorry!

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Jane Goodger No clue. But my NEXT book was inspired by a story I read in an 1892 newspaper. It was about a girl who ran away from home to avoid marriage to a horrible man, sailed to New York, got caught in a blizzard, was found on the doorstep of a wealthy New Yorker. Then died. MY heroine will NOT die, thank you very much.

How do you get inspired to write?
Jane Goodger Documentaries. Historical texts. News. The magic fairy that lives in my brain who gives me ideas.

What are you currently working on?
Jane Goodger I'm about finished with the first book of a new series. Behind A Lady's Smile is the first book in my Lost Heiress series. It's scheduled for release in August 2015.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Jane Goodger Disappearing to another place and time. When I write, nothing else matters. I'm GONE (just ask anyone who has actually tried to have a conversation with my while I'm at my computer!)

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Jane Goodger Time. I never force it. Thankfully, it's only happened once.
