First, congratulations on your book release today, I am so excited for my copy of To Wield A Crown! I did have a question about Roh's mother. I thought in the series it had been mentioned that she's been in prison for centuries, I don't quite remember the number provided though. Since she gave birth to Roh in prison, how long was she pregnant for?

First and foremost thank you for sharing the world of Oremere with us. It was an amazing story I blew through way too fast and loved every bit of it. I also want to say say thanks for my free copy of "A Song in the Deep" Q: Any chance of bumping into anyone we know even though the new series takes place 900 years before the events in "Heart of Mist"? When Will it be added to Goodreads I need to put it on my TBR

The timelines can be tricky! As for the new series, this takes place 900 years *after* the prequel, A Song in the Deep, so my upcoming series actually takes place around the same time as The Oremere Chronicles... Which means that it's very possible we might see some cameos from old favourites ;)

The title of the new series hasn't been confirmed yet, but as soon as it is, it will be added to Goodreads!

What's the best order to read the Oremere prequels in? Can they be read before starting the series, or would some be better after book 1 or 2 to avoid spoilers? Thanks!

Helen Scheuerer It's completely up to you, Emma! There aren't major spoilers for the series in the prequels.

All the events in the e-shorts occur before the first book, so they provide an insight into the challenges and triumphs the main characters faced before the series :)

How come you third book is not posted on Goodreads now that it's been announced? I also realized some of your prequels are not posted on here either.

We haven't added it to Goodreads yet as the cover, the blurb and the official release date haven't been released. When they are, it'll be on Goodreads that same day :)

As for the prequels, we don't actually add these. The prequel stories currently on Goodreads are those that have been added by readers.
