Being able to create stories and bring them to life to share with others. Sometimes when I write, the characters take over and write the stories themselves so to speak. It is always fun to discover the journey a book takes and where it ultimately leads in the end.

If I have trouble writing, I either leave the story for a while and work on something else or try to write just a sentence of two. It is at least a bit of progress and can help you get back into the flow of the story.
I also find doing something to relax can make a difference. I enjoy going on walks with my dogs or go riding my horses.
I think the more you worry over the fact that you are not writing, the more difficult it can be to write.
