Naming! That's my favourite part of writing a story and I take extra care. The name of a protagonist should stand out and remain in the minds of the readers for a long time. So, I research a few names in the Internet or just go with my mind voice when it quips in unusual names.

As Virginia Woolf's quote goes by, "Every secret of a writer's soul, every experience of his life, every quality of his mind is written large in his works", I solely believe that one can share even their deepest secrets through a story.

As it is a collection of short stories, each one had a different inspiration. For example,idea for the first story 'One last time' popped up when I had visited a book fair in Chennai. The second story 'He had liked her' has been inspired by a true incident. And likewise, each story has a story behind it!
