What worked for me was setting some kind of a goal each day. I had a goal of reaching 1200 words a day. For some that's really easy. For others that can be struggle. Most days I went over and that was exciting to me.

I haven't really had that. I usually end up going to sleep with what I'm going to write about already in head. And when I get back to it the next day, I already have at least the start of a chapter ready to go.
