I've been teaching time management for a couple of years now and, in my follow-ups, I see the same techniques getting great feedback from students. It seems that a couple of them have major impact on the students' productivity. The idea of writing a book came from one of my students after she asked where she can find more details about the technique. Since it was co-created in my experiential trainings, I realized it was new material. That was the day when I wrote my first page of the book, the table of contents.
