I really like to write after the kids are put to bed and it is quiet at my house. I generally try to finish all of my business items and then start work between 10 p.m. -12 a.m. I accomplish a lot more without the interruptions, but I also can tune things out with headphones. Do you ever have a dream that seems so vivid that you are certain that it is real? That is how the beginnings of this story got started. I had a dream about witness protection and moving to Las Vegas and when I woke up the other parts of the story just seemed to fall into place. I had a lot of people I have worked with that had been the victims of domestic violence and so I wanted to share their story.

I am currently working on Book #2 of the Nova Lady Adventures called Death by Poison? It will continue the story of Megan, who is trying to get her life back on track. She uncovers a murder and is swept into the killer's plan to keep it covered up. Poisoned, will she still have the family and friends who helped her along the way last time? You will have to wait until February 2015 to find out.
