Hello Annette, and congratulations on your writing. I am now the proud owner of a Kobo copy of "Tea in the Library". I have started reading, but had to have a brief look ahead. You have been very kind. Also, very accurate. "Tea in the Library" was something that I truly did believe in - and it was difficult to hear the news that it was gone. Today I feel I have received something of it back. Thank you. ?

Annette Freeman Travelling to new places is the single most energising thing I do.

Annette Freeman Write about things that fire you up. There's no point writing unless you have something to say -- and you do, I'm sure.

Annette Freeman Meeting characters you never knew existed in your mind. It's quite surprising when they emerge.

Annette Freeman Spend time in the vegetable garden. Vegetables are very soothing.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Annette Freeman From everything that happened while I was living in London for two years. You may be amused to learn that almost all of the incidents that befall Charlie in 'The Bright Side Of Life' actually happened. They're just a little exaggerated, perhaps. But not much!
