Like I said before all my books are derived from one idea. My latest book is centered around a family get together. A family brought together forcibly due to circumstances. They are forced to suspend their rivalries to come together to combat an external threat.

From a single idea. I build my novels around a central idea or theme. An idea pops up in my brain. I let it ferment for days before I begin to build a story around it and people it with characters. All my novels are derived from a central core.

Write every day. It might be good or bad. It doesn't matter. Sometimes the flow is there; sometimes it's not. Go on. Don't stop. It will come together in the end.
