Yes I did. I'd started it when I was pregnant, and finished when she was small enough to sleep a lot during the day. She's currently 19 months so not sure it I'd have time now! She's also number 3 so I realised I had a small window of opportunity to finish the book before the madness of having a toddler returned. So, I'd say it was panic rather than self-discipline! Thank you, Celine, for your support as a reader; starting out as a writer is a long, daunting road and it means a lot when people take the time to let you know what they think of your work.
