The idea of Unexpected Journeys came to me when I sat on the patio in a tavern on Spetses, looking out over the old harbor, enjoying the beauty of the island. Writing a Christmas cookbook is something I have wanted to do for a long time, it’s the most special time of the year and for me it’s a travel along memory lane.

I’m currently working on two different projects. A series of Christmas cookbooks and new novel called The Granny dilemma. The cookbooks are a combination of short stories, recipes and crafts. They will be published in late October.
