My advice to other writers is don't give up on your dreams when your work gets rejected. it takes time to find the right person to take one your story and believe in you. it took me awhile and I almost gave up on my dreams as a writer when I got rejected for my first memoir.

The best thing is about being a writer is you inspire others with your story. They are so proud of you when they read a great well written book that keeps them going. Its nice that you can put all the things you been though in a book and not worry about what people will think of you either.

My third memoir I am starting to work on is about my baby girl Melanie rose growing up. She is a miracle baby. She is already 10 months. She will be a year soon. She is learning so much and brings my family joy for sure. I love seeing her walk and crawl now.

I get inspired to write every time I put the pen on the paper. I noticed when I was writing something emotional, my writing has become stronger as the tears fall when my mom died 12 days before my baby girl was born.

I got the idea for my second memoir as I was living my life being a happy person being a mother and author at the same time. Its been a blessing for sure.
