Write because it is the best way to show the world the different facets of who you are. Write because you want to share the many stories and characters in your head with the rest of the world. Write because you feel like you're going to burst if you don't.

I can let my inner self free in ways that I never could in real life. I love taking on the personalities of the characters that I create. It's exciting to be able to "live in someone else's skin" for a while while I'm involved in writing the story.

I step away from my work and get involved in other things until the feeling passes.

I don't seek to be inspired. It either hits me full force or it doesn't. I can find myself driving in a car, sitting on a plane or walking down the street when an idea hits me or a scene plays itself out in my head. When I am "inspired", I try to immediately write the idea down. I learned the hard way-ideas of the moment rarely return.

My fourth novel, "LOVE ELUSIVE", was released September, 2018. I love Brielle Rose. She possesses that unique and conflicting combination of supreme confidence and self-doubt that lives within most of us. And as for Matthew Montgomery? Half Scot, half American, with eyes the color of the North Sea. Well, let's just say that I am in love...again.
My latest venture, LOVE ELUSIVE II, was released May, 2020. It is the continuing story of Matthew and Brielle. The most difficult part of completing this book was saying goodbye to one of my favorite heroes, Matthew Montgomery. He's a hard man to forget. In fact, for me, it's been impossible.
My next love story is in the works. All I can say about it is-it's all about "K".
