For me, the best way to deal with it is just to push on and do whatever it takes to get the creative juices flowing again. Usually, creativity is like a faucet, and once it's turned on, you're good to go.

The best advice I can give is just to write. Write and rewrite. Ultimately, that's what will make you a better writer, and hopefully, give you the confidence and longevity to complete a book and get it out there into the marketplace for others to enjoy. Write!

Well, I just complete the 2nd novel in the Nexus series, Polarity, which should be out this Spring. I've also been writing a series of short Nexus stories that take place between the 1st and 2nd novel. One day, I plan to compile them in a single volume.

Excellent question. Since writing is such a great creative outlet for me, it's something that I tend to gravitate towards regularly. If I don't, I would probably go crazy.

Nexus and it's sequel, Nexus: Polarity, have been in the soul for about a decade. The world and characters of Nexus are ones that I've developed since around 2004, which I created as a series of screenplays and scripts.
