So do you only read/post books for students for your reading goal? I read a lot of books for my students but realized I read very few books for pleasure that weren't related to school. So I started reading adult books to fill in that gap in my reading. Historical fiction, Mystery-Crime-Thrillers, Sci-Fi, etc. But I am worried that they may not be appropriate to post at school. Dilemma.

Pernille Ripp I post all of the appropriate ones, even if they are adult. I just point out that they are adult books. I read some YA books that cannot be in the library and kids know that they can read them outside of school

Do you use Goodreads with your class?

Pernille Ripp I plan on trying it this year with those kids that have access on devices. I want to offer it as an option to them for keeping track of which books they have read and see if they like it.
