While studying creative writing, I learned a good approach is to start a confrontation between two or more characters. The reasoning is to stimulate a powerful emotion such as anger. This should get the muses flowing.

The characters in my novel Province has lived through me for over two decades, and I decided 10 years ago to actually put their lives on paper, but I noticed a few of them were intersex which I believe this stemmed from my own experience with someone who actually was born with the condition, and I thought she was an angel, but unfortunately my companion had emotional problems that cause the destruction of her own life. I describe her anatomics in my first chapter. Due to her emotion weaknesses, I write my fictional intersex characters with strength, power, acceptance and live in society with respect and honor. I also noticed some of my characters were French, I'm really not sure where that came from but they took on a life of their own and I had to write them that way. The village reminds me of a place in Ohio and of course I have a rags to riches pence. I do love the dramatic and suspense side of my writing. I really admired my herione and found my villian the most exciting of all (she was fun). I could not believe the exent of her madness.
